October's Wantable Jewelry box

I have subscribed to and reviewed a lot of beauty boxes Wantable is by far my favorite. I have reviewed the jewelry, intimates, and makeup and they were all amazing. This month's is no different. In fact this month made my literally jump for joy I was so excited.  The quiz when I signed up really matched my personality and style perfectly with the jewelry I got in this box.

All of my jewelry was protected in a very pretty velvet pouches. They even snap shut so they can be used to store the piece.  I thought that was a very nice touch.

The first thing I pulled out was a two toned bangle bracelet with gold one side and matte silver on the other. Super cute with a hinged opening to make it adjust to the size of your wrist.

The next thing was the Misty Watch with an adjustable silver band and rhinestones around the face. This watch is GORGEOUS - I'm in love. It is dressy enough to be worn with a dress and heels but can still be worn with casual clothing as well.

The next thing was a  the Aztec inspired Britt Necklace. With an over-sized dangling turquoise pendant on a gold tone chain. It is modern yet antique looking and it is very pretty! I can't wait to wear it with the new that is all over this season.

The last thing I received was a small Jessica Bracelet. It's a thin silver bangle bracelet. There are little accents at each end of the bracelet That looks like it would be be an accent to the beautiful watch I got.

If you can't tell over all I am VERY happy with my October Wantable Box I will wear every piece. The total retail value of all four pieces is $84.00. Definitely worth the $36.00 I spent on it!

I would love a Wantable subscription for Christmas this would be an amazing gift for me! Every month would be like opening that present over and over.

June's Stunner of the Month

It's that time again, my Stunner of the Month came in. I never thought I would be so excited to see this this box in my mailbox but I really enjoy this subscription. For those of you who are new to Stunner of the month, it is a monthly subscription service that delivers a new and exciting pair of sunglasses to your door every month for only $9.00 per month. My June box featured Bamboozled from the Villian collection level mezzanine "In order to be a world class swindler, and the manipulator of every man's desire, it takes a keen sense of style and one needs to be a master of disguise. Cool as a chameleon, your the next victim is sure to be bamboozled by your look"

My first thoughts are these frames are very unique with light green rims and gold accents.  They remind me of Elton John. Although fun and funky these are not something I would normally wear. But that is the whole point of a subscription box to explore new things. I don't know if I will love these as much as my past month boxes but they are still really interesting.

Never judge a pair of sunglasses until you wear them. It turns out that these glasses are really fun to wear. I think they look much cuter on than I expected. These sunglasses are way out of my comfort zone but I love them. I will probably wear them regularly.

The quality of the sunglasses is great, the same as if you purchased a pair in the store. They are not flimsy and they fold easily. Every month the glasses come in a cute cloth bag to store them in when not in use. This month's bag is a pretty blue and I got a cute Stunner of the Month pin. With a fun subscription box like Stunner of the Month my sunglass collection is growing! I am proud to report I still have all my past month's sunglasses in great shape. But at least I know I'll always have a spare set should something happen. Once again two thumbs up this month for uniqueness and I can't wait to see what next month brings.

Remember, when you sign up for Stunner of the Month you can choose if you want feminine, masculine, or unisex glasses. May's Wantable Intimate box

I don't know why but I love pajamas and socks, even underwear. I pick up a new pair of one almost every time I go to the store. So when I was contacted to do a review for Wantable I decided to go with the Intimates box. I have been eyeing it up for a while now I was just afraid of the fit. But I reviewed the jewelry and makeup Wantable and they were AMAZING so I took the chance and ordered the intimates.

The process to personalize your box is easy and pretty quick. You go through sizes, likes, dislikes, loves. Wantable will never send you anything you dislike so make sure you really don't want that type of product. I put that I disliked thongs because although I wear them on occasion I don't need a ton of them. The questionnaire also asks questions to get a feel for your style and color preferences.

When I opened the box I let out a little eek of excitement. I was very happy, so what had me so happy?

A pair of Erica Hipsters Style Pucker Up. These adorable panties are a colorful plaid with a pink lace trim. They look super comfortable and the material is very soft and silky. Cute enough to be every day but not blah or granny like so you can feel sexy in them too. Retails for $14.00

A pair of Rhonda Shear Ahh Seamless Boyshorts in black. These feel amazing with a soft, breathable nylon fabric. They legs are a decent length, and don't look like they will ride up. I can't wait to see if I'm right. Retails for $12.00

A Bella  & Canvas Vintage Jersey Racerback tank in white. The material is UNBELIEVABLY soft, it's cotton but feels so silky. It's also very cute with a little band at the bottom and a racer back. It looks like it will not be clingy but will flow very nicely.  Retails for $22.00

A pair of Ozone socks style Victorian Bird they are grey with cute decorations. You can faintly tell it's a bird and the colors are adorable. The designs is colored in pink, purple, and green with other colors mixed in. The length looks about midcalf which is perfect for me. I wear socks to bed all the time in the winter and sometimes in the summer. They are super soft and I can't wait to wear them. Retails for $13.00

Last but not least in any way is a pair of Rhonda Shear Sweet Cupcake Lace Trim panties in smoke. These are beautiful with a silky base and a big wide lace trim band. Although grey they have a purple tint. They are bikini style. Retails for $18.90

I was worried about fit when I ordered. But everything looks like it will fit me perfectly so the items run pretty true to size. The only thing I am worried about is the Sweet Cupcake lace trim. They look extremely big for me. I am very impressed with how well they picked up my style from the quiz, I would purchase every one of these items.

Wantable is my favorite subscription box because they have such high quality products. The intimates box was my favorite so far. I wish I had room in my budget for it every month. But the good news is I can cancel or hold the subscription at any time. So if my budget does not allow, I just hold that month's box.

May's Ipsy Glambag

It's that time again May's Ipsy bag is here. I'm very excited about this bag because there are two products I have never used before. That is what makes Ipsy fun is to discover new things. Don't get me wrong I love a new color shadow or lip gloss but if I can find something that I can't live without I think it great.

As most of you know Ipsy is a monthly subscription bag with 4 - 5 deluxe sample or full size beauty products delivered straight to your door for only $10.00 per month. They all have a theme and come with a coordinating makeup bag. Most of the bags are super cute. I can honestly say even if I hate EVERYTHING in a bag one month (that's highly unlikely) I wouldn't cancel.  I just know if I did cancel the next bag would be the most amazing one I ever saw.  Lately there have been so many variations between bags I wouldn't mind getting two Ipsy bags but I would be afraid of duplicates so I haven't done it yet.

This month's theme is Fresh Picks - So what is in my May Glambag? Lets see:

The first thing is a deluxe size sample Hang Ten Classic Sport SPF 50 while admittedly there is nothing fun or exciting about SPF it is a necessity so I'm happy to try a new brand. It has a light scent and goes on smooth. I will be using it soon because we spends tons of time outdoors during the spring/summer months.  Full size sells for $12.99.

The next thing is a deluxe size sample Pacifica Mineral Shadow duo #2 which is a shiny white and a deep purple matte shadow. I received Pacifica perfume a while back but did not know they had eyeshadows. I always like to try new shadows and these colors look interesting, a little out of my comfort zone with the white. But I'm excited to try this. Full size quad sells for $14.00

The next thing I'm ridiculously excited about trying a 1.75 oz size bottle Avene Thermal Spring Water. I know I probably shouldn't be this excited because like a post on Instagram said "it's water" but I have never even heard of cosmetic water before so this is completely new. I imagine it will be a refreshing spritz for after a workout or like it says after a shave to prevent razor burn. So I can't wait to give this a try. Full size sells for $18.00 -- I can imagine more like hope it's more than water.

The next thing is a .5 oz size bottle of NO Frizz Organic Sesame and Lemon Grass Balancing oil. I"m a little on the fence about this one but I'll try anything once. I do have frizzy hair so it's not like I wouldn't benefit from it. Plus I have grown fond of using oils in my hair so you never know I may love this one. Full size 1 oz sells for $25.00

The last thing is probably the thing I am most excited to try a .34 oz tube of BooBoo Cover a concealer with healing benefits.  How cool is that? I hate my scars and fresh wounds or even acne showing so if this help heal and conceal, that's amazing. This is also a product I have never heard of so it's something new. Full size sells for $19.99

February's Starbox from Starlooks

So it's time to see what's in my February Starbox. Starbox is a monthly subscription box that delivers 3 -4 full size Starlooks products to your door for $15.00 per month plus shipping. They also ship internationally for all my international friends.  I loved me my January box so lets see what's in this one.

The first thing I pulled out is a full size Cream Eye Shadow in Phaser which is a beautiful purple shade. I love purple shadows so I was very excited when I saw the color. When I swatched it I was even more excited it is slight shimmer. It feels so smooth and glides super easy. I can't wait to wear this shadow. This alone sells for roughly $12.00 that almost paid for my box right there!

The next thing is Pigment in Wall Street this is a shiny black glimmer that can be used to add color to just about any thing. Mix it with foundation or moisturize for bronzer. Of course I won't use this color for bronzer but I can see it making a pretty eyeliner.  There are tons of pretty colors to choose from.  This sells for  $17.00 by itself so it has paid for the box in full.

The next thing I got is a Starlooks lipstick in BFF which is a bronze light gold shimmer, only a slight hint of color but enough to add a pretty shine. This sells for $12.00 a piece.

The last thing I got which I am very excited about is a head band to wear while applying makeup. I like the material and it fits well and is very comfortable to wear. It holds ALL of my hair back which is great. I have other head bands but they seem to hide and I am always looking for one. This one will come in handy until it hides so this one will come in handy.

Starlooks is 100% cruelty free so that is a huge plus. They are not only US based which is excited because I know other subscription boxes are US only.
