Advanced Hair Repair Shampo & Conditioner Review

I love to try new hair care products. When I was invited to review Advanced Hair Repair Shampoo & Conditioner it's formulated to repairs, restores, and strengthen hair that has been damaged by heat styling, coloring, or chemical treatments. Which my poor hair has been exposed to that plus chlorine overdose and sun exposure.

It works by hydrating and moisturizing dry hair locking in moisture. So it improves hair's texture and manageability leaving it vibrant and healthy looking. As an added bonus, it's sulfate free and paraben free and good for all hair types.

The shampoo smells awesome and lathers very nicely. I think that's great for a paraben free formula. Normally they don't lather in my hair at all. It really doesn't take a lot at all either. The conditioner is very thick and doesn't take much to cover all of my hair. It has the same great smell as the shampoo.

I have just recently started using a hair mask. I never really knew the benefits for them until now. So if you've never used a hair mask let me explain the benefits to you. A hair mask does for your hair what a face mask does for your skin. It is a weekly boost that gives damaged (or just plain overstyled hair) an extra hydration boost to keep your hair healthier and softer.

In just 5 - 7 minutes a week my hair looks and feels better than has in months. I normally let it sit while I shave. That makes the 5 - 7 minutes go by very quickly. Even though this is a heavy conditioner it does not weigh down my hair in fact my hair has more bounce than usual as well.

They are all made with Aragon oil and the shampoo and conditioner also has macadamia oil. I have used this trio for a few weeks now and my hair looks great. It's not frizzy when it air dries. Nor does it poof out like a lion's mane.  It's bright, shiny, and silky which is the most I can ask for in a hair care product.

My curls are more defined too. I looked the other day and I had a perfect ringlet. The bad thing is my hair does not all curl or wave up at once. Or even in the same manner. I may have ringlets on quarter, slight waves in one quarter and heavy waves in the rest of my hair. So I can never leave my hair natural and have it look right.

Pura d'or Hair & Body Care Review!

I was so excited to try this shampoo and conditioner. I love Aragon Oil and I love the way it makes my hair feel so soft.  This Pura D'or Shampoo and Conditioner is amazing. It smells so good and my hair continues to smell amazing all day.

The bottles are huge with a pump dispenser. I love pump dispensers are always a plus because I don't have to hold a bottle and fight to squeeze out enough. The shampoo is clear and the trick to making it lather is wet your hair while the shampoo is in it. The shampoo is formulated to prevent hair loss, strengthen hair, adds volume. It's all natural and organic with vitamins for hair growth. It's also parabe, SLS and gluten free
with 12 DHT Blocker.

The conditioner is a lavender vanilla scent with a medium consistency and it doesn't take a lot to cover my hair. The thing with this conditioner is it doesn't feel like there is anything in my hair before I wash it it out. So it definitely does not weigh my hair down. My hair looks great and silky after using. It is made with 99% vegetable base ingredients, Argan Oil based, Paraben, Sulfate and Gulten Free. It's formulated to manage frizz and enhance shine.

The Aragan Oil is just that an oil so it's a thin consistency. It is an eyedropper dispenser. Not only can the Aragan Oil helps repair damaged hair. It is great for the skin as well it helps diminishe wrinkle, stimulate skin cell, reduces the appearance of scaring and stretch Marks, creates softer smoother skin, reliefs for eczema and psoriasis, and restore nutrient content to skin cells.

My one complaint is with the serum my hair is almost too soft.. Do you know what I mean? It is so soft it's hard to pull up into a ponytail or bun.  So I don't use all three every time I wash my hair. This trio will be amazing for anyone who needs help with brittle dry hair.

The more Framesi products I use the more I love them. I recently tried the Color Lover Shampoo and Conditioner. First they are in HUGE bottles which is great. The conditioner is a pump style which makes it even better to me. A pump is easy to use and less mess but the shampoo has a nice snap top cap that is very easy to open so it causes no mess either.

The shampoo and conditioner work together to lift and strengthen hair plus keep your color lasting 95% longer. Now of course every thinks I'm a natural blonde so please don't tell anyone I dye my hair. That is our little secret right?!

I also have not had to pull any of my hair out because I had tons of knots. And know this is with no leave in products either. I do use some but last night I combed my hair before I put any in and it was perfectly easy to run the comb through.

Adovia Dead Sea Shampoo and Conditioner

I love trying new hair care products but I have to be careful. My hair does not behave if I use the wrong products to say the very least. I was very excited when I was chosen to review the Dead Sea Mud Shampoo and the Dead Sea Salt Conditioner from Adovia .

The shampoo is formulated with natural ingredients such as Dead Sea Mud, Chamomile, & Olive Oil to bring deep hydration and moisture to the scalp which helps relieve itching and flakiness.  All of which I look for in a shampoo. I hate it when I use a new shampoo and my head itches like crazy. I don't use dandruff shampoo often but sometimes I feel I need it but with this shampoo I can get the benefits of a hydrating shampoo and dandruff shampoo.

When I pulled the shampoo out and saw the color I was taken back, it grayish and looks almost black. But when I smelled it I feel in love with the fresh smell. There really is no other way to describe it but fresh. It's not an overbearing smell but it is EXTREMELY pleasant. I love the way it smells so that was a shocker. It's not extremely thick so it comes out easily but it is not watery either. One or two squirts is enough to clean my entire head of hair and I have pretty  long hair. It doesn't lather a LOT but I don't feel lather deprived so it's just the right amount.

The conditioner is white so the first thing I thought was ying and yang working together. The conditioner is also a light extremely pleasant scent. The conditioner is a thinner consistency than the shampoo but still not watery. I have this thing about over using conditioner so I NEVER feel like a have enough. I need to control myself so two squirts is all I allow myself of any conditioner. Then I work it through my hair. The conditioner leaves my hair soft and manageable but it is not enough to stop tangles. Not blaming the conditioner NOTHING is enough that is why I overdose my hair with conditioner. My beautician told me to use a leave in so that is what I do with all of my shampoo and conditioner.

I LOVE this shampoo and conditioner. My hair looks fabulous, if I must say so myself. It's very easy to manage and style so it's not too soft. I don't know if any of you have this problem but sometimes a new shampoo will make my back break out. I have not had that problem with Adovia Dead Sea Mud Shampoo and conditioner. Nor have had an irritating itchy scalp it also not falling out and breaking.

The set is unisex so you can share with your hubby if you choose but you just might like it so much, you won't want to share.

Original Sprout is a company I just recently discovered. They sent me a generous package to review and I'm so excited to tell ya'll about the products. I got an Island Bliss shampoo, Luscious Island conditioner, and Tahitian Hair Oil Plus a tube of Scrumptious Baby Cream.

The Island Bliss shampoo has ingredients like Mongongo Oil, vegan protein & moisture. With a gentle PH to help retain hair color it's great for not only for color treated hair but dry hair as well. It is also sulfate free and safe for daily use. The shampoo's subtle but noticeable scent is AMAZING living up to the name island bliss . I will say the shampoo doesn't provide an over abundance of lather but there is enough to leave my hair feeling clean.

The Luscious Island Conditioner is a medium consistency conditioner that is great for all hair types and textures. With ingredients like Mongongo Oil it smooths and detangles plus locks in color and shine. It doesn't take very much to work through my hair and leave it soft and silky. It too smells amazing with a coconut scent a little stronger than the shampoo but it's certainly not overwhelming.

I've been hooked on leave in oils since the first time I tried one but I feel madly in love with the Tahitian Hair Oil. It's way different because although it is an oil my hands don't feel greasy after I apply it.  I smoothed two pumps through wet hair and let air dry most nights. It is very light weight and didn't weigh my hair down or make it look greasy.  The smell of the oil is also amazing and sweet but not overly sweet.  You can also use as a "lotion" for your skin. I like to use oil during the winter because my skin tend to get dry.

While using the three my hair has been soft, silky, and manageable with a beautiful healthy shine. My hair is very easy to comb/brush and style. I am very impressed this hair care trio.  As an added bonus all three have no parabens and are 100% vegan, organic, and natural.

Now for the Scrumptious Baby Cream I have no LITTLE babies but lets face it they are always babies to you. But anyway my point is this still got tons of use at my house. I was the one getting the most use, so don't let the name fool you. This lotion is soft and silky without being greasy or oily. It absorbs in seconds and leaves your skin feeling amazing.  I have dry hands so I use this lotion all day.  I can start typing right after I apply the lotion with no residue on the keyboard. I don't know about you but that's a HUGE deal to me.  One of my favorite lotions leaves white traces on my keyboard if I type too soon after I apply it. Imagine telling a client, please hold, my lotion needs to dry. That's not acceptable so most of the time I would apply lotion on my breaks to avoid getting the keyboard messy.  The scent reminds me of a baby so that must be another reason for the name. 4 of my children and I also have eczema patches on occasion and this did not irritate our skin at all. This too is paraben free and  100% vegan, organic, and natural so you can feel safe using it on you baby or yourself.

Aveeno Nourish and Dandruff Control

I don't use dandruff shampoo all the time but I do need it occasionally when I feel the annoying itch. I usually use Head and Shoulders but I didn't like using it when it was a 2n1 because it never left my hair feeling conditioned enough. Then they came out with a separate conditioner and it was okay but I still felt like it was pretty harsh for my hair. When I got accepted for the Aveeno Nourish mission from Smiley360 I was very excited to try something new and I had not heard of it before.

Aveeno Nourish and Dandruff control is available in a 2n1 or separate shampoo and conditioner they sell for around $7.50 a piece and can be found at WalMart. I would say your favorite drug store but my CVS did not carry it. Of course, I choose the separates because I never feel conditioned with a 2n1.

 The first thing I noticed when I opened the bottle was the smell is fantastic, it is the second best smelling shampoo I have ever used. The shampoo was very thick but I didn't find the shampoo lathered a lot and that was a little disappointing. The conditioner was also thick and it didn't take very much to make my hair feel soft. I was very pleased because  my hair feels and looks great after using the Aveeno and I don't have that aggravating itchy scalp. Overall I give it a 4/5 because I wish the shampoo would lather more.

When I opened the bottle the smell was intoxicating it smells sort of fruity and after you wash your hair the smell stays all day. There were times when I would move and catch a whiff of the smell.

The shampoo is very thick and does not take much to create a wonderful lather. The conditioner is also thick and does not take much to cover your entire head. It makes your hair feel so soft after one use.

I have been using it for about a month now and I noticeably have less strands of hair falling out on a daily basis. And as an added bonus it helps control frizz. I have unruly fly-aways but with this shampoo and conditioner I got away with only blow drying my hair after washing -- NO strengthener needed. Of course I don't do that all the time but it was a great perk when I was in a rush. I give Clear Scalp and Hair a 10 out of 10 and will purchase this product again.

Pantene Age Defy

I was recently chosen for the Pantene Age Defy Tryology from ExpoTV, in my kit I received the shampoo, conditioner, and advance thickening treatment. The shampoo and conditioner are designed to fight the 7 signs of aging 1)breakage 2) spilt ends 3) frizz 4) unruly greys 5) lackluster color 6)thin look and 7) dryness. I have been using it for almost 2 weeks. The shampoo has a smells different but not bad but it lathers very nicely. The conditioner is thick but has the and smells the same as the shampoo. When I rinse the conditioner out of my hair it does not feel soft but my hair feels super soft once it's dry. The thickening treatment comes in a pump with very little smell. The instructions on the box tell you to pump 15 sprays from the ear line up, the instructions on the pamphlet inside tell you to part your hair in sections and spray the treatment in the part. I have done it both ways. The thickening treatment can be used in wet or dry hair and does not weigh your hair down with use.

After a few months of use I am very impressed with this trio. My hair is super soft, I have seen less falling out, I have less frizz, and my hair looks and feels thicker. I don't know if it makes my hair look younger but with the improvements I have seen it is worth trying out.

The shampoo and conditioner sell for around $9.00 a piece and the thickening treatment sells for around $20.00. It is sold at your local WalMart or favorite drugstore.
