Sinfulcolors -- Street Fusion Summer Collection

It goes on beautifully and I only need two coats at most. It goes on smooth, dries fast, and comes in a TON of amazing colors. Is there anything else you could possibly need in a polish?
Sinfulcolors is a long lasting durable polish that is super affordable. They offer a vast array of colors from Matte or shiny colors to glitters and metallics plus everything you can think of in between.

I have an extensive collection of SinfulColors polishes and continuously to add to my collection with each new color that is released.

Today I get to tell you about the summer collection. I didn't get to choose my favorite colors this time I was sent a premade package.  Which was fine with me, new polish is never bad and I haven't really met a color I didn't like.

The entire Street Fusion collection is broken down into mini collections. All with fantastic names Bombay Nights, Latin Heat, and Tokyo Nights.

The Colors I got where from the TOKYO LIGHTS COLLECTION:

-

Sky Tree:          Sparkling teal
Otaku Anime:   Bright yellow with extra sheen
Pink Ansen:        Jagged glitter in punchy pink
 Fuji Fiji              Holographic silver glitter
Keira Blu:         Dazzling indigo
Maroon Fine:   High-Shine Metallic Copper

This collection is RIGHT up my ally. I love bright, bold, neon colors!  The Keira Blu and Maroon Fine surprised me, I would have pegged them for a fall collection. They were beautiful but not neon or summery to me.

Oh and I forgot to mention Sinfulcolors is now offering nail stickers. So I got an amazing pack of Neon Appliques Hot Tips!

Here are all of the Street Fusion Colors:

then there's the Graffiti Bombs and Pinita Blast Glitters
I have an obsession with glitters although they never want to come off.

Find your favorite colors on SinfulColors website

This new collection will sale for $1.99 each, nail polish and appliques and they will be available at Walgreens and other mass retailers for Summer 2015.

Sinfulcolors Spring Fever Collection

I'm mentioned before I have always been a huge fan of Sinful Colors nail polish. It goes on beautifully and I only need two coats at most. It goes on smooth, dries fast, comes in a TON of amazing colors, and it's extremely affordable. What more would I need in a nail polish?

When I was asked to review the Spring Fever collection I was extremely excited. Besides I love Spring and it's is on the way very soon right?!?

I love any color of polish you put in front of me and these were no exception. There were so many amazing colors in the spring collection I had no idea which ones to choose. I chose four glitters and one solid color, although glitter feels like it's superglue when I'm trying to remove it I'm very attracted to it. Plus I prefer a polish with a shine compared but I still will use matte colors on occasion.

The colors I chose are:

Petal of the Day -  A beautiful glitter with purple and blue flecks. It can be worn alone or a topper. The look is brighter and bolder when worn as a topper. I find white always makes a great background .

Standing Bloom Only  - An orange glitter polish with purple flecks . I never would have bet I would like purple and orange together but it is really pretty. They compliment each other in a way I would have not expected.

Flower Power - A lilac glitter with various colors of purple and white flecks. Too shear as a stand alone for me but works beautifully as a topper.

Ring the Belini - This is a solid orange glitter. I have said it before and will say it again. I LOVE glitters like this. They are very easy to apply and do not show mistakes as well as other polishes.

and

Flight To See - I was very skeptical when I saw this one. It's a hyper shiny iridescent purple. But it went on beautifully.

If you have never tried Sinfulcolors polishes, you should pick some up on your next shopping trip. They not only have the most amazing selection, the last a long time, they are not finicky and I have never had a Sinfulcolor polish stain my nails. No matter how dark they have all removed very easily with no stains even without a base coat. I always forget to use a base coat! The glitter is an exception to the easy to remove but if you wear a base coat it does make glitter a lot easier to remove.

All these beautiful colors to choose from!

I'm pretty sure I will pick up a few more of these colors. I want to try Prized Plume and Zest of Times for sure. Once I see them in person I bet there will be more that catch my eye. If you want to pick up your own polish you can get them at any local drug stores or WalMart.

Couture Gel Nail Polish Review + Giveaway

I love nail polish, I'm sure you know that by now but I just had to say it. I was very happy to work with Couture to bring you this review and giveaway because I have never tried gel polish. I have tried copy cats that don't require an LED light but I have never tried the light.

This is a start up kit so it comes with everything you need to get a salon look at home. When I say EVERYTHING I mean it too!  Along with the basics of the LED light dryer, top polish, bottom polish, and a gel color polish of your choice. It also comes with a bottle of remover and cleanse. Another reason I never used gel polish is I heard it was super hard to remove but this set includes the remover and instructions on how to quickly remove your polish. But that's not all it also comes with a bonus manicure kit.

The manicure kit includes toe separators, a cuticle tool, file, buffer, and brush.  All of this come with an instructional DVD.  You know instructional DVDs are a great thing because a LOT of times I think I know that I'm doing but there are tricks that can make it so much easier or better. So I was very excited to see there was a DVD I could reference on my first use.

To me the hardest part was choosing ONE color. There were so many that I loved .They have glittery, light colors, bright colors, classic colors, bold color and I had a hard time selecting the ONE I wanted but I finally was able to narrow it down to Aloe Very a green tint with a glitter look to it.

I have to say I was skeptical that there would be any difference using a gel polish with LED light but I'm sold. I may start using gel polishes from now on.  The polish is much thicker and has a different smell that traditional polishes. It's sortof finicky but the great thing is clean up is a breeze. And truthfully it was not as messy around my fingers as other polishes. One good thing is I dropped some on the computer desk and it wiped right off.

Also, in a little under 15 minutes I had both hands polished with topcoat, color, and basecoat and DRIED. Yes ladies and gentlemen dried completely. Not that false oh I think it's dried ~~~ UGH it just smudged. I put each coat under the LED light for 60 seconds so that is 5 minutes each hand for application and drying. So all of my hard work didn't get ruined.

If you want to get your own kit Couture offers a kit with one polish or a kit with three so if you want a variety of colors that would never be a bad thing! I mean they do offer over 100 Bold And Beautiful Colors
Reasons to buy? The polish will last up to 3 weeks, is free from harmful chemicals, made in the USA, with no animal testing

Sinfulcolors Valentine's Day collection

I have always been a huge fan of Sinful Colors nail polish. It goes on beautifully and I only need two coats at most. It goes on smooth, dries fast, and comes in a TON of amazing colors. What more would I need in a nail polish?

When I was asked to review the Valentine's collection I was so excited. I love any color of polish you put in front of me and these were no exception.  As you can see I have two glitter type and two solid colors and they all have a beautiful shine to them. I am not a huge fan of matte polishes but I have used them once or twice.

A good thing about all four of these polishes is they will all work together for a mani with a little flare. Or they can be used alone for a beautiful classic one color mani.  And to go along with the Valentine's day theme they are the pink hue.

Sinfulcolors is a long lasting durable polish. I love that it comes in Matte or shiny colors and it's super affordable. I have an extensive collection of SinfulColors polishes and will continue to add to my collection with each new color that is released.

Colors featured in this post are part of the Flirt With Hearts collection:
  • Love Sprinkles -151 is a beautiful glitter topper with heart and sprinkle accents wear over your                                     favorite color
  •  24/7                  -   Solid Pink Perfect to wear alone or pair with another color
  •  Dream On        -  Solid Fushia that dries slightly matte
  • Pinky Glitter     -  And extremely glittery polish. Perfect to go over an color that will accent it or                                      wear alone.  Also perfect polish to cover smudges. I love that glitter isn't a picky                                  polish and does not show mistakes.

Nail Cones

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I don't know about you but when I paint my nails I almost always make a mess around my nails. No matter how hard I try most of the time I still have polish around my nail beds. When I was chosen to review Nail Cones I was super excited. They are designed to be the solution to that problem.

They easily stick around the nails covering the exposed skin so when you make an oops it's on the cone not you. The pack comes with 60 nail cones so there is plenty enough for lots of manis even if you use them on all of your fingers.

Had I not had a Nail Cone I that stray polish would be all over my hands and the desk. So These are awesome to keep the mess away and make for an extremely fast clean up.  Let's face it I don't have much time to do my nails and I HATE when I mess up my polish trying to clean around the nail beds with polish remover. So a fast, easy clean up that does not involve polish remover is a huge plus.

Overall I like the Nail Cones they probably fit better on shorter nails but they still really helped keep excess nail polish off of my nails and furniture. They are super easy to remove without messing up all your hard work. I didn't even wait until my polish to dry before I took them off.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

February Ipsy glambag

It's that time again my Ipsy glambag is here. I wanted to share it with ya'll. I will admit when I saw my glam room I was upset but I'm not upset anymore. I'm actually pretty happy with my bag. So let's see what's in it

A full size bottle of Zoya polish in Dot which is a very light pastel pink. Truthfully I don't think I will wear it. I'm more of  a dark or bright girl so this is not for me. I will possibly use it for decorating or I will pass it along. A full size bottle polish sells for $9.00.

A Skyn Iceland Fresh Start Clay mask Step 1 and Step 2 A weekly detoxing, anti-dulling, anti-aging ritual. I'm very excited to try this I loved the last Skyn Iceland product I got in one of my Ipsy bags.  A box of six masks sells for $39.00

A set of JCats false lashes and glue - not super excited about these. I don't do falsies often and I can't apply them very well but I will see because these are pretty lashes. They have a thin band and are full but no overly full looking. I will see if I can apply these without incident but no promises. They sell for $3.99

Full size Tini beauty Eyetini in Viollette which is a beautiful color. It's a cream shadow with a lipgloss like applicator and I'm sure you guessed it's a light purple. It goes on very easily and let me say this shadow is tough I swatched it last night and had to scrub it off my hand.  They sell for $18.00 a piece.

The last thing I got is a PopBeauty Plump pout mini in Fushia Freesia I'm not sure if this is the normal size or a mini just for Ipsy because it is a mini.  It is a very nice size lip gloss and the shape is very cute. I really like the color it's a dark pink shade. They sell for $16.00

So all the products in my glambag would cost $85.99 if I purchased them separately but I get to try them all for $10.00. That is a great deal and that is why I love getting my Ipsy bag every month. If you want to sign up for Ipsy please use my link it I get referral points.

Thanks for reading! What did you get in your Ipsy glambag? Leave me a comment and let me know.

Paint Shop Polish

Today I am excited to talk to you about two beautiful colors from Paint Shop Polish's winter collection.

The first one is Dasher a beautiful emerald green. The picture is two coats with no top coat. It goes on easily and has a very pretty shine to it. Shake well before applying and as with all polishes make sure to let the first coat dry properly before applying the second coat. But don't worry it dries super fast. The color is in the winter collection but is stunning and can be used year round.

The next one I want to tell you about is Plum Fairy. This is a clear glitter top coat that has tons of color flecks and medium size white snowflakes. I have to say I struggled with my decision of a base coat. I thought white but I didn't want the snowflakes to be camouflaged. I thought about pink or light purple (which I still think would be pretty) I decided on black matte. The polish goes on easily but I had to dig the snowflakes out. I would bet it is because I had a small bottle that it was a little harder to get them out with the brush.  When I have to remove glitter I cringe  because we all know it doesn't let go easily. I was so excited and I'm happy to tell you this glitter removed very easily!

There tons of adorable, affordable polish in the Paint Shop Polish Etsy shop so go check out the other colors. You can also see lots of her beautiful creations on FaceBook plus you can keep up with the newest releases.

I received these polishes complimentary in exchange for an honest uncompensated review. But of as usual the opinion expressed is all mine.

Square Hue box

So I've told you about makeup and skin care being delivered to your door. Today I want to tell you about  about the Square Hue box. This monthly subscription box is all about nail polish being delivered to your door!!

Each themed monthly box is $14.99 per month and has 3 .5 fl oz size bottles of polish. The theme I was lucky enough to review was The Coastal Collection.

I got 3 beautiful shades:

Portsmouth is a shade of blue, .

Nantucket is a shade of teal,

and Chatham is a brownish color

All of the pictures are two coats of polish without a topcoat.
The polish is a great consistency it also goes on smoothly and evenly. It is also quick drying with a very beautiful shine. That means they will shine without a top coat which is great for me because I forget to put my topcoat a lot. Not to state the obvious but the bottle is square which I think is adorable.

All of their polishes are "5-Free" Clean Formula which  does not contain Formaldehyde, Toluene, DBP, Camphor or Formaldehyde Resin. They are not tested on animals and they are proudly made in the USA.

When you sign up your subscription will automatically renew every month so you will get three new beautiful colors the first week of every month. No worries if you ever want to you can cancel or suspend  your subscription at any time.

Like Square Hue on FaceBook and follow them on Twitter to get all the updates and see pictures of the newest collections.
I received a Square Hue box complimentary in exchange for an honest uncompensated review but as usual the opinion expressed is all mine.

Star Grazers collection from Polish Yer Hooves

I have three more amazing polishes from Polish Yer Hooves to share with y'all. The Star Grazers collection is unbelievable they are all very sparkly and beautiful. I got to choose three to review with them all being so pretty this was not an easy task. But these are the ones I chose. They are available in her Etsy shop and you can choose a full size or you can buy a pack of 3 - 4 minis.

The first one is Sacred Cow. Is a sparkly orange/gold. This is 2 coats with no top coat. This one is very pretty and would work well for a manicure for any season.

The next one is Kiss my Hooves.  I'm not a huge fan of red polish but this is absolutely stunning.  I won't say it's my favorite because every time I turn around LeighAnne comes out with something more spectacular but I will say I LOVE it. The shine is unbelievable and this is with no top coat.

inside lighting

sunshine

Last but not least in anyway is Cow Teals, this marvelous creation speaks for itself.  Can you see how it sparkles? I love blue polishes and this one blew me away.

All of the Polish Yer Hooves polishes I have used were very easy to apply and I love that the sparkly ones don't show my application mistakes. For being full of sparkles they are not overly gritty and dry extremely fast.  Polish Yer Hooves polishes are made for busy woman. I have done my nails and turned around to wash dishes 15 minutes later, not because I wanted to and cringing the whole time. But I walked away with the same beautiful mani I started with no smudges, no chips.  I can't tell you how many times I have fussed because after an hour I wet my hands and ruined my hard work.

These polishes are also EXTREMELY durable I am very hard on my nails, I'm sure I don't have to tell you how many dishes I wash with five children?  With that said, if I have a mani make through a day with some type of chip, smudge, or nicks I'm really lucky and very happy. After three days of wearing these I still have what I consider a beautifully intact mani.

There are  10 other unbelievable colors in this collection so you may have a hard time choosing just 3 or 4. I know I did. I ordered 3 more colors that I'm dying to try out and will soon be sharing with y'all.  Just a reminder you can order a scent and with these I chose chocolate and blueberry. They were both very light but distinct and pleasant. So don't forget to treat yourself to a scent you won't regret it.

As if making amazing polishes isn't enough to prove her talent. LeighAnne also offers an array of hand painted bottles and jewelry.

I had to borrow on of her pictures to share with y'all
Isn't that the cutest thing you've ever seen? That is hand painted I am truly impressed, this will be my next purchase.

I received the three above polishes complimentary in exchange for an honest uncompensated review. As usual the opinion expressed is all mine.
