straighten and brush at the same time

I usually have a clear cut idea whether I like a product or not but this one I'm on the fence. I have heard so many people say that these straightening brushes do not work that I had to see for myself. So I was very excited to review this one by Arabella Brushes.

First lets start with the body of the brush.It's lightweight so it's very easy to use and run through my hair. The control buttons are on the side so they are very easy to reach. They are very easy to use push buttons that control the temperature and turn the unit on/off. The brushes are ceramic but work through my very long hair with ease. It heats up pretty slowly so that is a small complaint.

The max temperature is only 230 but it seems to work just fine. It's much easier to get my entire head with a straightening brush vs a flat iron. After a few passes my hair was straight and I was very pleased. It's easy to contour my hair to my face. But after only a few minutes, my hair was waving up again. So the look only lasted a few minutes which really disappointed me. I'm not sure if it's my hair's texture that caused this reaction. Maybe this would work better with your hair. Maybe with a little more product in my hair I could get the style to last.

It's very simple to use, it really is identical to brushing my hair. The design is great and it's built to last so it's a great quality product. So I would recommend that my family and friends (and you) try you may have a different hair texture that works better.

The price is amazing so if you are dying to try a straightening brush, I say go for it. And this one is your best bet.

2 Digital Ceramic Hair Flat Iron

I had never heard of IsaProfessional until I was lucky enough to review their flat iron for ya'll.  But when i saw the amazing features of their flat iron I was super excited to try it.

The body of the flat iron is smaller than most I've used which makes it very easy to hold and work around my hair. It's very lightweight which is great. I have very long wildish hair so it takes  LONG time to really flat iron my hair. When I have time (not often) I section it off and take a very tiny piece at at time. So being lightweight I can do all of my hair without my arms getting tired or achy. I'm sure all of you have experienced that.

Now one thing is I cannot put too much of my hair in this one at one time. That's not any different from most flat irons but this one is a little shorter than most.

The very pretty red ceramic plates are super smooth ~~ Styling tools don't have to be attractive but it's nice when they are.  My hair glides through them like butter. It's amazing. I didn't get caught up in it and none of my hair got pulled out while i was styling it.

I love the digital dial and it's very easy to set it on the temp I want. My one compliant is there is not a lot of end for me to hold. So out of habit I grab it at the bottom. I in turn grab the digital buttons and I hear them beeping and they are changing temperature. There is a finger slot on top of them but I have remind myself to place my fingers there.  That will just take me a little time to get used to. The outside is  cooler than other flat irons I have used. I could grab it out the top without burning my fingers.  Other than where I grab it I have no complaints.

5-in-1 Curling Iron Xtava

I was so excited to review this 5 N 1 Curling iron from Xtava. I have always wanted a tiny curling wand but for some reason or another I just never got me one. With this set instead of one wand I got five including a medium and small clipless wand and a large, medium, and small wand with clips. All in an insulated bag. So it is a perfect travel companion for all you Jet Setters.  It is also the perfect companion for all you beauty lovers that have limited space.

Since there are 5 different wand heads you can have many different looks. As you may or may not know the clipless wands give you different looks depending on the way you hold the wand so that is 4 looks right there with 2 wands.

I bet you can guess what wand I used first right? Of course I pulled out the small wand and started curling.  The parts are so easy to change they just snap into place and take a little twist to keep them there. There is only two settings on and off but that's not a big deal to me.  I put the wand on and it heated up in a few seconds and I was good to go.

With all the excitement I don't think I bothered to freshly brush my hair so please excuse the frizz!  I was so happy with the look I got and I only left the wand in my hair for about 10 seconds so it didn't take long. With a spritz of hair spray I had these adorable curls that STAYED!! That's a big deal for me because with a lot of wands my hair just falls without gel. I had no gel and these curls stayed. I pulled my hair up in a pony tail - it looked really cute with the curls.. My husband said that I didn't - and the curls were still there. I was so impressed because I have tried that look before with no success.

I love this set! I can have beach waves or small curls and everything in between and all I have to store is a small bag. The clip wands open and close very easily and slide through my hair comfortably.
