Actervate Pink Waist Trainer

Since my New Year's Resolution was to get fit, I have started going to the gym. Just by talking to people you find little tricks to help get the most out of your workout. I saw a few people with something around their waist later to find out they were wearing, Waist Trainers. I have tried the corset type waist trainers and those are IMPOSSIBLE to get on. Even with 2 people trying I couldn't get mine on.

So I purchased one that was WAY different and I loved it. So when I was able to work with Actervate to review their Pink Waist Trainer I was so excited. I love that someone makes workout products in girly colors because I still like to feel girly even when I'm in beast mode.

The waist trainer is an adjustable belt with a Velcro strip closure.  So it's SUPER easy to put on. It's also very lightweight and comfortable to wear. It stretches enough for me to breath but it does not move. I like the width because my other one was pretty wide and would roll when I sat down.  This one is wide enough to cover my waist while staying in place.  And it's completely invisible under clothing.  The only time I see mine is when I have a tighter shirt on.

Are you wondering what this waist trainer does? that's the amazing part, it make my waist sweat like crazy. That may not sound appealing but the more you sweat the more weight you lose, right. Then if my stomach is held in that in itself trains my abs to shrink. I wear this belt through my entire workout routine but I love it for the elliptical.

You know how I mentioned I sweat a LOT with this belt, well it gets wet. I do want to mention even though I sweat a lot I don't get hotter than normal.  My other belt would have be laid out to dry because of the material. This Actervate Waist trainer is amazing, it is wet when i take it off but a little while later, it's dry. I can even put it back in my gym bag and it's completely dried the next time I go to use it. 

The material is amazing and durable. My old one ripped when I tried put it tighter on my waist. This one I can tug and it does not rip. I have used this belt for a week or more now and I love it. I have not gone back to my old one and I hope I don't have to. 

I love that it moves with me no mater if I'm bending or sitting up straight with no irritation. I gives slightly so it feels like I'm wearing nothing at all. It's easy to clean all I have to do is wipe with soap and water.

12 in 1 Headband - Versatile Sports Headwear (US) Review

I was very excited to review this headband. I'm always looking for something to keep the sweat out o my eyes at the gym and this looked perfect. I was very happy when I took it out of the package. The  material is extremely soft and it feels really nice. I love the way it fits as a head band. It doesn't move or slide while I'm working out.

It's comfortable as well, I was able to wear it all day without getting a headache. I mention that because some of my headbands have to be taken off mid day. I walked outside with it as a head band then decided to switch to a full head "cap" like look. I was able to do that is a matter of seconds and tied the end just over my pony tail.

I wore it like that for a while and again it was very light weight and comfortable. I hardly felt like I had anything on my head.I have worn it numerous times to the gym and it helps keep the sweat out of my eyes. It doesn't slide off my head so I'm not constantly adjusting my headband. I will wear this one out because I wear it so much! But it will take a while for me to wear it out because it washes great. It's not faded nor did is lose it's shape or shrink. So it comes out of the dryer like new.

Yesterday i was cutting grass and some one started burning rubber. The smell was HORRIBLE and I was afraid my asthma would start acting up. So I took my headband off and used it as a neck warmer but put it over my nose and mouth. It's extremely versatile and has so many uses.

This would also be great for a man that works in the sun or welds. It never made my head sweat or hot while outside. The do have other colors so you won't have to get him pink!

Aurorae Yoga "The Ultimate"" Racer Back Tank Top Review

I have been working out faithfully for months now so I have invested in workout gear. The shirts and pants that are made for working out are much better than wearing the little cotton shirts that I wear every day. They are so much cooler while working out that I sweat but I don't feel my clothes sticking to me.

When I was chosen to review this Aurorae Yoga Racer Back Tank Top I was very excited. It's different material than the other workout outfits I have it's  made out of 93% Lenzing Modal/7% Spandex. I have never heard of Lenzing Modal but it's a high quality Lenzing Modal Fabric is made with an Eco-Friendly, Carbon-Neutral process from 100% rejuvenating Beech Wood Trees.

To my surprise this tank top is MUCH softer than the ones I like to wear. It's not a thick material either, it's rather thin. But thin like it's a cool material not thin like I can see straight through it and i'm embarrassed to wear it.  It feels so soft and silky on my skin. I love to wear it.

The fit is great I got an XL and it fits nicely. It is designed to be a form fitting shirt but i don't like anything form fitting on me so it flows at the bottom which is exactly how I like to wear my clothes.

MMA/BJJ Rash Guards Review

When I first tried a "workout" shirt I was in love. That's the only type of shirt I wanted to wear when I went to the gym. So when I was chosen to review MMA/BJJ Rash Guards I was so excited. It is like my workout shirts. The material for the MMA/BJJ Guard is amazing it's sort of silky and provides a cool shirt to wear when working out.

This one is made for mixed martial arts and wrestling training but why couldn't I wear to workout right? Some of the benefits to wearing a workout shirt it will increase your power and endurance by eliminating unnecessary weight and drag. They are made from a From a state-of-the-art Combination of Nylon and Spandex and they feel amazing. It's the closest thing to working out in the buff (NO I don't workout in the buff) you can get.

With a workout shirt compared to a tshirt I sweat much less and feel cooler. I don't feel like the body heat is trapped. The material keeps me much cooler and I can workout longer. I don't know if you are like me but when I get hot I want to stop to cool down. So this shirt is the best thing to keep my going.

The shirt is a little tighter than other workout shirts I have. The instructions suggest ordering a size or two bigger if you don't want it tight fitting. I ordered it a size larger and it was still very snug but I am pretty well endowed so you may only need one size up.

The MMA/BJJ Rash Guard shirts are available in a variety of colors. I chose the black because it would go with everything.  There are no obnoxious large logos which keeps them sleek and clean!  It really does look sleek it's a very attractive shirt and once it fits me I would wear it all the time.
