Finesseur Ceramic Chef's Knife

I've recently started using ceramic knives and discovered that I loved them. My husband was saying how much he wanted a big ceramic knife so I was very happy to get the Finesseur Ceramic Chef's Knife to review for y'all.

The knife is 8 inches long so it's a really nice size. It will be good for cutting watermelons during the summer. Ceramic knives are much sharper than other knives and this one is no different. It's nicely made and has an ergonomically comfortable handle. 

One thing I did not know about ceramic gives less exposure to germs and bacteria because it is non-porous and chemically stable. Also with ceramic you'll also never worry about rust, stains, lingering smells, or aftertaste again.

It's super sharp and being ceramic it is more durable. It's very easy to use and slices through the most difficult things with ease.

If you have a ceramic knife don't learn the hard way like we did ~~~ do NOT use it for any job that requires twisting.  I'm assuming that's because it is not as flexible as steel.  That didn't happen with this knife so this one is safe and sound!!

Ozeri Elite Chef Black Ceramic 3-Piece Knife Set and

 No matter how much or how little you cook sharp knives are a necessity in the kitchen. In  my kitchen it seems like I can never have enough sharp knives.  If they are clean they are dull it they are sharp we use them a lot so 9 times out of 10 they are waiting to be washed.  It's a never ending cycle so when I was chosen to review this 3 piece knife set from Ozeri I was very excited.

They are ceramic and I have learned that ceramic knives are the only kind of knives I want from now on. They are a million times sharper... OK probably not a million times but they are a lot sharper than that metal knives. Then being ceramic they don't rust or get those nasty little spots on them after washing like my other knives. I'm always embarrassed to pull out a metal knife in front of guest. So these make all of that go away.
They work so well they make cutting just about anything extremely easy.

In addition to be being amazing to use, the knives are very visually appealing as well. The are black handles with silver accents. Each one is very easy and to hold with a thumb rest to make it easier to maneuver.

The stand is also very pretty to look at it is a hard plastic with metal color accents. The bottom is lined with rubber knobs at the bottom. The knobs prevent scratching of counter tops and also prevent it from doing the pesky "walking"  or rocking when you pull out a knife.

The stand is very nice and made specifically for the 3 piece set so of course they fit perfectly. It sits flat and you can set up the knives upright or staggered depending on your taste. Either way it's a sturdy stand the knives are easily accessible. The stand is perfect to keep your brand new sharp knives from getting damaged with other knives and utensils banging up against them in a drawer.

This set is a great attention to my kitchen and will used a LOT of use. I would buy these as gifts they are perfect for wedding and house warming gifts
