Escapes - Music For Relaxing Review + Giveaway

I am not a slow music person. I love to dance so the faster the better on the dance floor. But when I'm trying to relax or fall asleep that's a different story. One of my daughters never slept without some type of slow music in her bedroom so I played lots of Kenny G until she was about 2.

When I got to review the Escapes CD I was very interested in seeing what it was like. I was thinking ocean waves, Orca sounds, or something to that effect. I was very wrong. This CD is a really relaxing CDs full melodies that are just calm and relaxing sounds. The first thing I thought was this would be great for Yoga, my husband even suggested while lying in bed talking it would be nice in the background.

The CD is long playing  and every song is just as relaxing as the next. I really enjoyed this CD much more than I expected to. I will use it for my children or myself when I need a little help getting to sleep or when I take up Yoga.

Now one of you have the chance to win a CD of your own. I just a few rules first, here they are:

  3. I have a lot of ways that help me relax. I love sitting in our awesome massage chair in our bedroom for a timed session on any style of massage I choose. It massages, neck, spine, butt, calves and feet. I love soaking in a hot detox bubble bath. I love snuggling with our cat and cockatiel and my husband. Deep breathing and self hypnosis helps me a lot too, as well as prayer. I love listening to our nature sounds sleep machine when I am trying to go to sleep too.
