Youphoria Yoga Mat Givaway Review + Giveaway

I don't necessarily do yoga, I'm a little too clumsy for that but I love Pilates.  Also I use a yoga mat almost every time I exercise. It makes it easier for me to get on the floor and do sit up without irritating my asthma. It also gives me more cushion while I'm on the floor which makes my back more comfortable when I'm doing sit ups and my knees more comfortable if I'm doing lunges or squats.  So I was very happy to work with Youphoria Yoga and review their Yoga mat for y'all.

What I never thought about is a mat also stops your feet from sliding and it stabilizes your hands and feet during  a workout. With it's proprietary grip circles on the bottom it stops the mat from sliding even on the smoothest surface.

The Youphoria Yoga Mat is a great grade, high density and pretty thick and made out of memory foam. This material will not wear like other mats. I really didn't know Yoga mats came in different grades until I was in the market for one. The higher the grade the thicker the mat. The thicker the mat the better support it gives.

I was so very happy when I saw the mat came with a carry handle. this not only keeps makes the mat very portable, it makes the mat stay together while not in use. I can't tell you how many times I have had to re-roll my old mat so this was very exciting to me.

As you can see the mat is a nice size in length as well as width so there is plenty of room to move around.  The mats come in different colors so if pink is not your thing don't worry!

It's ecofriendly and free of harsh chemicals and toxins so it's completely safe for you and your family. Another thing I want to mention is it is made to be odor free and it is. I have pulled out a smelly mat before so this is a good thing as well.

Guess what?? Youphoria Yoga is offering one of you the chance to win a mat of your own! Awesome right!!??!!  Let me go over the rules:

  4. Right now, my favorite is just walking. Walking Walking walking.. for miles. I lost a lot of fat just by walking. I live where walking is a daily adventure, in the north woods, so you never do know what you will see out here. I am in love with the ATV people- who make wonderful trails I can use! I need to add weights or yoga right now to my routine, for strength! That is what caught my eye on this giveaway! Yoga! I found classes so near to me, I was planning on joining. If I win this, it's fate...and a sign from above

  9. Sorry about deleting - the cat jumped on the keyboard as I was publishing and I ended up with gobbledygook!
I used to love hill walking but dislocated all the ligaments in one of my knees a couple of years ago (hopefully having reconstructive surgery before Christmas) so my exercise regime has suffered & I've piled on the weight. Can still do most pilates & yoga & a bit of lop-sided swimming if I keep my knee strapped & take it really easy.
