Have you ever heard of dresslink.com ? If not you should definitely check it out.  I am so fascinated by this site with the unbelievable selection and INCREDIBLE prices. But like most of you when I see something like that I think This is too good to be true.  But never the less, I was very excited to work with them!

At first I was told you have a budget of $18.00 and I scoffed. Thinking what the hell can I get with $18.00. But when I started looking I was like well I can get this, and this, oh and this too! So I shopped and shopped and shopped before I made up my mind.

What I decided to get was a purse organizer, tote, and a pair of sunglasses. Not bad for $18.00 huh? Wait that is with shipping TOO!! Tell me, where can you get a nice tote for $18.00?

Now I will say shipping takes a long time. So that is the only downfall of ordering from Dresslink.com. If you are ordering a gift don't wait until the last minute.

So when I got my shipment in I could not wait to fix my purse/tote. I was so excited. The material is really nice, it's lined with an inside zippered pouch and a zipper closure.  There is a charm decoration on the handle that makes the tote pop with some added color. If you don't like it guess what? You can take it off so no worries.

My absolute FAVORITE thing from this shipment is my purse organizer. I needed one of these a long time ago. I keep so much in my purse that I lose things. True story I swear my purse eats things sometimes because they go in but they don't come out. It's worse than a Roach Motel!  But with the purse organizer I can put the things I grab constantly in the organizer and pull just that out. I don't' have to search or dig at the bottom of my purse. Everything is there at my finger tips.

The sunglasses are so cute and sassy. I love them and wear them all the time. They are dark enough for me which says a lot.  I can never have the lens too dark.  They are a nice thick plastic and the quality is nice as well. The gold accents aren't this fake over shiny gold. They are very pretty and really dress up the otherwise plain black sunglasses.

On top of the amazing prices they run specials like dresses for ONE PENNY.  Of course you have to pay shipping but if you buy a few things that's okay. That penny dress will be the most talked about outfit the next time you wear it.

MEKU Genuine Leather Sunglasses Case

I love sunglasses but I usually break them or scratch them or lose them very quickly. So I was very excited to review a sunglasses case. This will make it impossible to lose or scratch my sunglasses. When I saw this sunglasses case I thought it was very pretty and I knew it would be useful. 

This is a very well made sunglasses case. It's the decorative stitching is very detailed and without loose strings.  It won't get caught on my purse zipper and ravel in few weeks.

I love that the flap closes easily with no zipper or metal, simply slip in the flap. Once it's strapped shut it stays that way it cannot wiggle itself open no matter how much my purse roughs it up.

It fits a variety of glass sizes and designs comfortably. So when I change my sunglasses it can still use my case.  The inside is a soft material that will not scratch the lenses of your glasses no matter how big they are. If they move around in the case and rub, it will not do any damage.

The color is very pretty as well. I was worried about it fitting in my purse but it fits quite well. I guess because the design is not bulky at all.

When I was told I had to wear glasses I was very upset. Of course I was a child in second grade and I thought my life was over because everyone would make fun of me. I hated to wear them and took them off every chance I got. I remember breaking them on more than one occasion as well.  I got contacts as soon as possibly could to avoid being the nerd with glasses.

A LOT has changed since I was a child in second grade. Glasses have become cool, fun, novelty items. Every year the frames get cuter and cuter and I have hard time picking out just one pair. I primarily wear contacts but I need backup glasses to wear in the evening and on those allergy days that I just can't wear my contacts. So when glassesshop.com contacted me to work with them I was very excited.

I have to say even though they had a LOT of cute frames to pick from, I did not have a hard time picking out a pair I loved.  The one I chose was perfect for me because it was super cute with Roses on it. I love roses because my grandmother's name is Rose and she collected anything with roses on it.

So that is where I got my love of roses from. So I got my prescription from my doctor and that was super easy. If you have never ordered glasses on-line all you do is call the doctor and they will write down everything you need to order glasses in your current prescription.

They were shipped in a cute little case. They were wrapped in a cleaning clothes so the lenses were protected from getting scratched during shipment.

I have an EXTREMELY high powered prescription and my lenses are very thick if I don't get that special polycarbinated material. So after I ordered my glasses I wondered if I would get some very heavy, thick lenses in this cute little frame.

But I did not get that, I actually got the opposite.  I was very surprised how lightweight my glasses are. I had a pair from my doctor that were too heavy to wear so I hardly ever used them unless extremely necessary. These frames are tiny yet fit my face perfectly. The lenses are not visible at all even around the rim of the frames, which is pretty thin. That impressed me because sometimes the ones from my eye doctor won't  look that neat and flushed with the rim.

I can't express how much I love these little frames. I find myself wearing them a lot more often than I used to wear my other glasses. The best part is glassesshop.com has the most affordable prices I have ever seen. Even with insurance I don't get such a great deal when I order glasses and they pay for the frames! Imagine that. I will order from glassesshop.com next year when I get a new prescription ( yes it changes every year). I looked at a fraction of the frames and I have a few more in mind for next time.

Sunglasses Review

I love sunglasses, in fact I never leave home without them. Not only are they cute and stylish, they are good for my eyes as well. I have a least 10 different pairs of sunglasses because I never know when I will lose, break, or forget a pair. When I was chosen to review sunglasses from Mass Vision I was so excited.  They have lots of super cute sunglasses at wholesale prices.

I knew immediately what pair of sunglasses I wanted because I have seen a bunch of people with styles very similar. The ones I chose are black with rhinestone decorations on the side. They are a shaped cute and are sortof rectangular or oblong in shape.

They are an impressive quality, they open and close very easily. They are also very durable because they have been in my purse for a while and they are not scratched nor have they broken. I mention this because i have lost many good pairs of sunglasses in my purse.

They are very comfortable to wear and don't pinch or squeeze behind my ears. They also are quiet cute!

The Dean Sunglasses Review + Giveaway

I believe you can never have enough sunglasses. So when I was chosen to work with Optics ltd. for a review of the Dean ITALIAN ACETATE I was anxious to see what they would be like. Made for everyday. With the Dean their goal was to design sunglasses with the distinctive style and comfortable fit of a Lifestyle optic, but would stay in place like a great pair of Performance shades. The Dean are made of superior quality Italian acetate with stainless steel hinges and have 7-layer polarized lenses with UV400 protection.

The Dean sunglasses also came with an ultra-light microfiber bag to protect your new shades. The bag is a draw string and really thick so I think it can take the beating it will get in my purse.

I received a green and a blue pair. They are very cute and a simple square design so the style and color make them unisex. The material is a thick tough plastic that seems to be a better quality than most I buy in stores. The hinges open and closes very easily so I should be able to fold them often with no worries about the arm falling off.

The lenses block out light a lot, actually more than any other shades I have. The don't look dark when you see them but The one complaint I have is they are too big for my face.  Since they are too big they literally fall off when I bend down. Since I am unable to wear them comfortably I will pass them along to somebody who can.  This is not an unusual thing I have a hard time finding glasses that would fit me.

July's Stunner of the Month

Yay! My Stunner of the Month box arrived today. I get so excited to see what my sunglasses look like every month. Each month sometimes they are something I would usually not pick in a store but I'm so glad I get to try them because I love them. Whether they are retro or funky they are always lots of fun.

The pair I got for July was Rizzo from the Character collection Level Mezzanine. "As the head of the Pink Ladies .. She was known as a bad girl. She got a Hickie from Kenickie,  but ALWAYS looked fly in the freshest stunner around" I immediately got excited when I saw Rizzo, I mean Grease is a classic! I don't know many people my age that have not seen it a million times. Before I pulled my stunners out I pictured her in her Pink Ladies jacket and almost wished I had one to wear with my Stunners.

As you can see they are super cute with the ovalish black rim and gold small accent. As usual with Stunner of the Month the quality is great. The frame is sturdy and does not bend. The arms fold smoothly without having to be forced.  They all come in a cute bag that says Stunner of the Month to avoid them getting damaged. I keep them in the bag in purse and while I am storing the ones I am not using.

Stunner of the Month has become one of my favorite subscription boxes. I believe you can never have too much jewelry, makeup, nail polish, shoes, or sunglasses. So having sunglasses delivered to my door is something I enjoy a lot. Besides there are worse things I could do than have a pair of sunglasses or two, or ten or twenty right?!?

June's Stunner of the Month

It's that time again, my Stunner of the Month came in. I never thought I would be so excited to see this this box in my mailbox but I really enjoy this subscription. For those of you who are new to Stunner of the month, it is a monthly subscription service that delivers a new and exciting pair of sunglasses to your door every month for only $9.00 per month. My first thoughts are these frames are very unique with light green rims and gold accents.  They remind me of Elton John. Although fun and funky these are not something I would normally wear. Never judge a pair of sunglasses until you wear them. It turns out that these glasses are really fun to wear. I think they look much cuter on than I expected. These sunglasses are way out of my comfort zone but I love them. I will probably wear them regularly.

The quality of the sunglasses is great, the same as if you purchased a pair in the store. They are not flimsy and they fold easily. Every month the glasses come in a cute cloth bag to store them in when not in use. This month's bag is a pretty blue and I got a cute Stunner of the Month pin. With a fun subscription box like Stunner of the Month my sunglass collection is growing! I am proud to report I still have all my past month's sunglasses in great shape. But at least I know I'll always have a spare set should something happen. Once again two thumbs up this month for uniqueness and I can't wait to see what next month brings.

May's Stunner of the Month

Last month I introduced ya'll to Stunner of the Month and I'm back to share May's box with you.
