Stress Reliever Desktop Speed Punching Bag

I never understood it but my husband has always said he wanted a punching bag because it was a great way to relieve stress.  So when i was able to review the Velocity Desktop Speed Bag I was very excited. I figured he would love to use it, what I didn't figure was I would love it too.

There is some EASY assembly required like screwing the punching bag to the base. And The bag comes deflated but a hand help pump is included. Plus it only takes minutes to inflate. So overall it takes five minutes to set up.



There is a suction cup bottom that can be fastened any where. It's not extremely big Overall Height: 14", Base Diameter: 7" so it will fit anywhere.  We have ours on my office door. It's great to be able to walk up and PUNCH the ball when I get stressed. It really is a great stress reducer. It makes me feel much better to knock the bag around for a few minutes.

It's a really good quality and feels/looks like a punching bag you would see in a gym. Now I have the perks of a speed punching bag in my own home. My kids love it. I see them jumping up to punch it as they walk down the hall. My husband loves it too. I hear him or see him knocking it around constantly.

I think this is a great way to relieve stress for adults and a great way for children to let off some energy. Plus it is a good workout so it's good for your health!

Velocity Boxing Big Size Inflatable Punching Bop Review

It's hard to find ways for my family to stay active at home so when I saw this punching bag I thought it was an adorable way to get fit and let off some steam at the same time. The package comes with a foot pump to blow it up. A foot pump is nice because you don't have to wear yourself out to blow it up. It doesn't take a LONG time to get it blown up but it takes some time.

To put the water/sand whatever you decide to put at the bottom is more difficult. BUT very necessary. You should use a funnel or cup to make it less messy. We used a cup so it was time consuming but again necessary and worth it. Let's say you decide not to put anything at the bottom, you have a floppy bag that does not stand up. It's still a little too light to take a big punch from me or my hubby.. Umm yes we are made of muscles!! Nah, just kidding but we do have more strength than a child so we have to back off a little.

It's pretty narrow so it doesn't take up much room. But it's still large enough for the kids (and us) to whack on.Boxing is one of the most fun ways to relieve stress. I do kick boxing for exercise and it really works up a sweat. This bag is no different, you can really work up a sweat in a fun way. The entire family can take turns and if you put a face or picture in different places that will give you something to aim at.

A lot of parents don't believe in teaching their children how to fight but there is nothing wrong with a child having fun and letting off steam. With a punching bag they are learning to defend themselves as a hidden bonus. I want my girls and boys to know how to take care of themselves, you never know when they will need it. But this is not about fighting it's about working out.
