Morning rant

—     Caution Rant ahead read at 

your own risk 

So I'm driving down the road at 55 miles per hour and you see me coming with no other car in sight why must you pull out in front of me?? Oh wait you are turning at the next street Gee Thanks a lot! Congratulations -- You got there a few seconds earlier because you didn't wait for me to pass.

Oh even better you won't even go the speed limit?? You were so brave you pulled out in front of me and I had to slam my brakes not to hit you but you can't even drive the speed limit??  What exactly are you afraid of the GAS PETAL??

I'm sure I'm not the only one that suffers from Road rage. I have no tolerance for some of the things people do, they make no sense to me what so ever.  When I was younger I really wanted great insurance and hoopty with a guard rail around it so I could just nudge the cars and push them out of the way.

That dream has since passed, I just use the horn and the California wave.. You know what I'm talking about the one with one finger in the air?  Here's to hoping the school never calls to tell me one of the kids flipped someone off and screamed you F****)(()&*)* Moron there's nobody behind me you could have waited!!

Morning rant

Have you ever noticed when someone says "Can I get your HONEST opinion?"  they really don't want to know what you think at all. What they are fully expecting is for you to agree with them. So when you give your HONEST opinion and it is not what they think all hell breaks loose. They get angry and start arguing with you trying to change your opinion.

All the time you are thinking but wait YOU asked for my opinion! I know it's a human trait to always think our opinion is the right one but this is a huge pet peeve of mine. Don't ask me what I think or if I agree with you unless you are prepared for this earth shattering discovery.... Not everyone shares your opinion!!! That's right not everyone thinks the way you do.  

I am not a yes person so if I don't agree with you, I will tell you. I'm sure most people are this way. If everybody liked the same things this world would be very boring.

An honest opinion is just that an opinion and remember what they say about opinions. So the next time someone asks you for your honest opinion remember it may loosely translate to I know my opinion is so fabulous on this subject you will agree with me... you do agree with me, Right?
