Try something different for lower back pain. No pills, no needs, no pain just simply lie down! VacuPractor is easy and comfortable to use, it's a little odd at first but you'll get used to it in no time. The VacPractor is a hard sturdy plastic. Although sturdy it's flexible to contour to your back.
I have only tried the VacuPracotr once but I can see how it would relieve back pain. This is a great product for me because I don't like to take pills if I don't' have to. But sometimes my pain hurts so much I have to take something.
