New Year, New Flavors Giveaway

I love coffee but I'm not a huge flavored coffee fan. My children are and so is my sister and her husband so when I saw these were mostly flavored I gave them box and let them dig.  There was such a large variety of coffee in the box that there was something for everyone, including me.

This was my daughter's choice and I hid a few of the mint chocolate, that is my favorite flavor. There were some very interesting combinations some really piqued my interest.    Once my children picked the flavors they wanted I had to taste test them. That's the perk of being the mom, I got to try them all.

My Thoughts:
This awesome sampler box lets you try 12 different flavors of hot cocoa without buying 12 different boxes. I loved having so many new flavors to choose from and found several that I really enjoyed that I would never have thought that I would like.  While they were all awesome I loved dark chocolate of the Midnight Cocoa and the hint of strawberry in the Strawberry Charleston Chew the most. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to try them and look forward to snuggling up on the couch and enjoying a cup of Hot Cocoa wit my sweetheart as the weather gets colder.

My Thoughts:

What do you get when you combine some of the best coffee and ice cream flavors together? An incredible cup of coffee! The coffee in this variety box is smooth and rich in taste. Each one has the perfect amount of flavor to create the most delicious cup of coffee. I took some of these with me to my Mom's for Thanksgiving for everyone to try. Everyone had their favorite one. Manual Burr Coffee Grinder

I have always seen the coffee beans but never paid much attentions since I didn't have a grinder. Then one day my husband comes home all excited because he got a great deal on coffee.  Then I saw why it was so inexpensive, it was whole beans. Yeah you guess it, he doesn't pay much attention to details. So they sat in the cabinet for months. 

Then i saw this manual coffee grinder and was very happy to review it. It's compact so it won't take up too much counter or cabinet space. There is a glass jar at the bottom to catch the grinds. The top has the chopping blades holds the beans. The turn crank is super easy to use and smoothly goes around. You can hear the beans grinding. It works slowly but it works well. 

There is a silicone top that stops the beans from jumping out when you use the grinder but it also makes it very easy to put more beans in. You don't have to remove it, just pull it up and poor some in. It's really well made and the grinder part comes off for a top so you can store you coffee in it as well. There is a silicone sleeve that goes on the bottom to prevent the glass jar from slipping while you are using it.
