Cascade Platinum Prize pack

I told y'all about Cascade Platinum before and I'm back to tell you about it again. I have been using the Cascade Platinum duo in my dishwasher for about a month now and I have to say it really makes a huge difference. Before I would pull out a lot of dishes that were not clean (even with prewashing) so it came to a point where the dishwasher wasn't being used. I mean what is the point? If they are not clean why not just wash them by hand right? So I gave this a try and I've been using my dishwasher ever since.

I mentioned this last post and I will mention it again because I didn't know.. Most dishwashers have a garbage disposal in them so you do not HAVE to prewash. If you really want to freak people out invite a few friends to your house and load the dishwasher with out prewashing. Most people are so confused and their reaction is quite funny.

And here are a few other fun facts In 1953, Cascade entered the automatic dishwashing market with the claims of "spotless dishes" to the four percent of households with dishwashers. Fast forward 50 years Cascade more than 60% of households have dishwashers and Cascade continues to grow, striving for immaculate dishes every time with its brilliant automatic dishwashing powders, gels, pacs and additives.

Just in case you missed these amazing tips  I wanted to share them again:

Now some useful tips for dishwashing success:

  1. Stack em high or low just make sure bulky items don't block the sprayer
  2. Place all of the tall dishes & pans in the back of the bottom rack so they don't block the detergent chamber
  3. Check your bottom and make sure to place glasses and other fragile items in the top rack this keeps them away from the powerful sprayer under the bottom rack.
  4. keep glasses looking great by setting them between the tines on the rack, not over them. Wet contact points can cause spots.
  5. Treading longer utensils through coffee mug handles keep them secure in the wash.

Ok so Cascade wants ya'll to tell them what you think of Cascade Platinum and what you are doing with all the free time from not prewashing.. So if you have an opinion to share, leave an authentic review at www.cascadeclean.com/us/cascade/review and use hashtags #cascadeshingingreviews and one lucky reviewer will win a Kitchen Aid Dishwasher!

Load your dishwasher with No prewashing thanks to Cascade Platinum

I HATE to do dishes the water is so hard on my hands and manicure. I am not a spoiled person I have worked hard all my life but it never fails something needs to be washed a few minutes after I've painted my nails.  I could go months without painting my nails and nobody would tell me to wash dishes.

The sad thing is I have a dishwasher but I have this immense love hate relationship with my dishwasher. I love that I don't have to wash dishes but I don't love prewashing. It takes so much time to make sure every piece of food is off of the dishes. To me if I have to pre-wash there is no need for my dishwasher but prewashing is a necessity.. or is it?

I am  huge Cascade fan and I was very happy review Cascade Platinum Action Pacs and Rinse Agent for y'all. I love action packs and the Cascade Platinum Action they are super easy to use just toss one in the dishwasher's detergent chamber and close it. That is much easier than the powder because I always make a mess with the powder.

I also received a bottle of Cascade rinse aid. I always use some type of rinse agent because my dishwasher doesn't work well at all without it. The work together to save you time by requiring no prewashing.
a nice clean brownie pan

I was instructed to invite my friends over and cook a macaroni and cheese and a pan of brownies and leave the pan of brownies sit over night!  I won't say I never leave dishes over night but I would never leave them sit and just put them in the dishwasher.

But my guest (who did not want to be pictured - they are not as cool as I am) and I ate and talked then I loaded my dishwasher in front of them. They were a little concerned about me not prewashing one even asked about the food going in my pipes. So I told them Cascade Platinum is to eliminate prewashing. Then I shared something I learned from the material provided in my package. Most dishwasher have a built in garbage disposal. They work just like the ones in your sink. Now remember that is MOST so Cascade and I can't guarantee your dishwasher has a disposal so that's something to look into.

yucky stuck on food

So I set my dishwasher on the highest setting which usually takes a couple hours and we went off to chat, eat, and drink coffee.

So when we opened the dishwasher what did we see?

sparkly clean!
So after the party before my guest left I gave them their own action packs, rinse agent, and information
