We keep sports drinks on hand. I try to limit how much my children drink them but like to drink them when we are outside working up a sweat. Plus my husband works in the heat all day so he brings them to work occasionally. But I have never been a huge fan of sports drinks. I never found a flavor that I liked. Plus I find they taste funny. So if I need something other than water, I stick with electrolyte water. But I was very excited to work with Body Armor and try their new sports drink. I knew my children would love them even if I didn't.
