MIER Duffle bag

I have been looking for a nice gym bag but I'll admit I had no idea what I was looking for. I saw this one from MIER. I hate to admit it but I am terrible at reading dimensions and understanding the size of a bag. So I was very impressed when i started putting things in this duffel bag.

One think I really love that it folds to a small, zippered pouch when not in use. Silly me, I didn't get any pictures of that because I opened it and started packing it!

The material is amazing it's super soft but will easily be wiped clean. I know my gym bag gets put on some not so clean surfaces so that is a HUGE plus! The straps appear mesh but the are the same easy to clean material underneath.

 The zipper storage pouch turns into a nice size, inside compartment. There are two fairly big stretchy pouches on each side. The zippers have pull handles which add a splash of color but are very functional. They make the zippers easy to pull and the zippers glide open and close without getting stuck.

There is adjustable straps on both sides of the bag which can be used to hold a small yoga mat. Whatever you put should stay securely in place. I was so surprised that I was able to fit more in the bag than in my other bag. And it so lightweight, easy to carry. I can't wait to hit the gym again with my new bag. I have everything for me (and my hubby) to have a amazing workout. It's very well made so I know it will last for a long time.

When we go fishing or to the beach I always look for bags I can "ruin" I know inevitably they will get wet or dirty and pretty much everything I have is cloth. We all know how hard cloth is to clean. And although you can wash cloth most bags will get messed up in the washing machine. So I just try to clean my bag by rubbing it until I'm pretty sure I won't get the stain out.

The description says the bag holds 10 L so if you are like me that means NOTHING. I can never picture how much something will hold or how big it is by looking at the measurements! I could gauge a gallon but that's only because I know exactly what a gallon of milk looks like. So let me tell you, the bag is a great size. I fit a pair of my jeans, shirt, 2 night gowns, and a pair of shorts and it only took up HALF of the bag .

It is long and narrow and has a clip on strap so you can wear it like a back pack with one strap. It's very easy to close and clasp closed. The bag itself weighs very little and you control the weight you put in it. So it should be very light and easy to carry.  Unless you are like me and way over pack!

It's very nicely made and the material is very heavy duty. Looks like it can take a beating while traveling with me. The straps are sown on tightly so I can tug it closed if I over stuff the bag without feeling like I'm going to pull it off.

I can't wait to need this bag on the go. That means I'm fishing or camping!

I don't know about you but I get tried of cold weather very quickly. I get excited at first for the fashion but then I'm screaming give me warmer weather once I've worn my new clothes and shoes once. I'm a huge fan of spring warmer weather and flowers blooming, it's just a cheerful season to me.

I also love the bright cheery colors that come with spring. This year Nicole Lee is celebrating the color yellow this spring. I was very worried picking out a purse online because I have an extreme love/hate relationship with purses. I love them all I think they are so pretty but most of the time when I buy one once I get it home I hate it. I don't actually hate the bag I just hate that I can't fit everything I carry in it.

I probably shouldn't try to carry so much but my purse goes everywhere with me so I need feel prepared.  When I got my handbag from Nicole Lee I immediately loved it when I opened the package. First of all I want to say, It was packed with care and everything that could have been scratch was covered to prevent damage. They really took the time to make sure my bag arrived safely.

Inside pattern

I will admit mustard yellow is not the first yellow I think of for spring but it is sooo pretty. The color is actually prefect because it can be used in spring or fall. As you can see it is such a pretty design. The material is amazing, it's soft but strong. I love how the bottom corners, strap, and strap handles are reinforced with a more of a patent leather look. Which not only adds a great visual contrast it makes those pieces stronger. The braided design is very intricately woven.  There is one zippered pocket on the outside.

The inside is very cutely designed as well. It almost reminds me of an Indian pattern. The inside material is soft and strong as well. It feels very similar to silk  It has one zip pocket and two small open pouches. To my excitement it is extremely deep. Looks can be deceiving so about an hour after I got my package I dumped the content of my old purse and started putting into my new purse. The pockets are very sizable and the zippers zip and unzip very smoothly. I was very pleased when everything, minus 2 or 3 duplicate Kleenex packs and 5 lip glosses, from my old purse fit into this one! It fit nicely too plus I still have room for more, but that may not last too long.

The ONLY thing I would change is the strap. It's a mid-length strap and I like them a little longer. But I love this hand bag and I can't wait to show it off.
