I LOVE plants, they just make a house feel homey what about you? 

Succulents have to be my favorite because they are pretty easy to take care. I can forget to water them a few days and they are forgiving.   I adore Orchids but cannot get one to live for anything.

I started The Sill in 2012 at the age of 26 in borrowed office space in a tiny walk-up in New York City’s Chinatown. The idea had sprouted years before (sorry, we love a good plant pun around here) when I found myself in my first adult apartment. Bleak is how you’d describe it. Homesick is how you’d describe me. My Mom, an immigrant who stayed connected to her Filipino roots through gardening, recommended I get some houseplants. Little did I know tapping into my family’s generational love of plants would grow into the small but mighty company that is The Sill.

Nothing beats a personalized gift. If I can give personalized, I will. I have seen many sentimental tears shed over a personalized gift and this one was no different. I was so excited to work with Hooray Heroes. I chose 10 Reasons why Love You. First thing I thought while ordering is personalization is fun and easy. The site is easy to navigate and very user friendly. It guided me step by step. 

Should you grab those cord organizers ?

So yall, I was very excited for these. I have cords everywhere. So when I got these in I went around my house and started sticking and wrapping up my cords.  I love the concept BUT not one of these are still stuck. I put them on the appliance, the wall, a table. I tucked them everywhere. It was very neat and organized. 

But the sticky pads only lasted a day or less. Some were falling off before the end of the day. So I say don't waste your money. 

Now if you have some tricks on how to make them stick longer, please let me know.
