If you have been following me long enough you know I like to cook. I have also mentioned before that most of my so called "non-stick" pans don't exactly hold up to that promise. So I was very excited to review another pan for y'all the Ozeri Stone Earth Pan.
The Stone earth pan looks like stone because it utilizes a natural stone-derived coating hence the name. The coating is from Germany and it achieves non-stick perfection without PFOA, a harmful chemical found in traditional pans. It's also eco-friendly and delivers unprecedented non-stick performance without releasing harmful fumes or toxins at high temperatures.
Features a scratch-resistant stone-based coating that is super easy to clean. The interior is made out of durable heavy-gauge die-cast aluminum with no harmful chemicals or trace metals. The handle is silicon and heat resistant which I love because there have been many times I picked up a hot pan and ouch!
The pan is very nicely made and let me tell you when I picked up this pan I was surprised how heavy it is. I will have to be extremely careful not to drop in on my foot. I also love that it came with a little protective sleeve for the inside because I use paper towels in my other pans.
The nonstick coating works great and is extremely easy to clean. I am very happy with this pan and would recommend trying it.
