GrillFella BBQ Woks Copper and Silver

I really enjoy grilling we barbecue quite often during the summer. I love to do the usual steaks, chicken, hot dogs, and sausage but I also LOVE grilled corn. We wrap it and put it on the grill in aluminum foil and it comes out delicious. We have tried to grill other veggies and they came out okay but they were not delicious.

When I saw the GrillFella BBQ Woks I was very curious to see how they worked. It would be so nice be able to easily incorporate veggies into our barbecue. The wok is a very nice size and will hold lots of vegetables. It has an adjustable separator so it can be any size I need. If I want LOTS of potatoes and a few carrots I can move the divider to accommodate that.

The divider is very easy to move from one spot to another. Giving you the freedom to decide what size each size of the basked will be.

They are a very nice sturdy metal material that will
hold up to tons of BBQs and vegetable grillings. It's light weight and easy to carry.

The handles are a nice height so they can easily be grabbed with heat resistant protectors, of course. Or they have little hooks that can be used to grab the basket.

When not in use the divider can be removed and laid flat for easy storage. The divider being removable also will make it a lot easier to line the bottom with aluminum foil if you want to keep some type of seasoning inside. The way it's designed you could put the divider back with no worries of ripping the foil.

Astor Propane tank pressure Gauge

When I first signed up to review Astor Barbeque Gauge I never noticed it was for a BBQ pit. We have a charcoal pit so that was not my intended use for it at all. I thought how nice it would be for my Camper to measure how much butane we have left before we leave with an empty tank. Plus we boil a LOT of seafood and we've run out of butane in the middle of a boil before. It is not easy to determine exactly how much butane is left in a tank so this Gauge is perfect solution!

The gauge is very easy to attach and installs on the main fuel feed line where it can stay permanently.
The screw threads let you attach the gauge without tool and it fits all brands and models with a type 1 connections and up to a 40lb propane tank. So whether you you are using your grill, stove, or boiling seafood you will always know how much propane you have.  The gauge saves you the embarrassment of telling guest you have to run for a propane fill up and unnecessary trips refill tanks that don't need to be filled.

It is made of solid brass so it withstands weather, scratching, denting and corroding. Cheaper metals can corrode and plated surfaces get scratched and worn away. But solid brass stands up to the elements and is highly resistant to damage during use or transport. Solid Brass can be counted on when you need years of trouble free, heavy duty service.

I love that the gauge is color coded so you don't have to get a magnifying glass to see and count the lines to determine how much propane you have left. At first glance you can see if the needle is in the green (enough) yellow (low), or red (empty). That is so much easier than wetting the tank every few minutes to read the "line" and see if you are low. I remember many times my husband doing that often when he thought we were running low. I also remember a few times the fire burning very low,  only to find out we needed to refill the tank.   That was such a pain! When we are boiling seafood normally we just got back from crabbing. I was muddy, hot, and not very well dressed but off to the seafood place to fill the propane tank. It was either that or let them waste, and that does will NOT happen!

Cookshack Seasoning Review and Giveaway

I would tell you I love to grill but that would be a lie, I only love to EAT BBQ. When it's a 100  Degrees outside standing at a fired up pit can make it feel like you are on Mars. So I leave the actual grilling to my husband. But we all know if the hubby's cooking we are in charge of the preparation, delivery, and take out.
That means we are also responsible for seasoning and marinating the meat. I was super excited to try CookShack's Seasoning because I really do get tired of the same ole thing all the time.  All of the seasoning are MSG free which is great because my mother in-law cannot have MSG without terrible side effects.

The first two I noticed were the Rib and Brisket rub I LOVE ribs and brisket so I was excited to try them. Directions for the rubs say rub a handful on the meat and let marinate for 15 minutes to over night. They have ingredients in them that I would use separately so that was even better. If I could use one rub instead of 5 seasonings Yay a time saver.

One of the seasonings and the Barbecue sauce are "spicy" and that's not our thing but my sister and her husband LOVE spicy so they will be the testers for me. I'm sure they should have no complaints about free stuff right?

I was able to try the Rib Rub by cooking ribs in the oven. It was a subtle seasoning, not overbearing and no kick to it which is perfect for my family.   Sad to say I was not able to test any of them on a grill it was very cold around around here, I mean we were in the 40s and 50s. Down south we don't go outside often in that kind of weather, we would rather feel like we are on Mars than freeze. So I never got a chance to grill with them. But I can tell you I can't wait to use them as soon it it warms up outside.

CookShack has other seasonings as well as some AMAZING Pellet Grills every griller would love that for Christmas. Maybe one day I will get to review one of them for you!

CookShack is giving my lucky readers a chance to win a gift package from them worth $50.00. How amazing is that!
