Today I want to share something a little different with y'all. I don't promote many supplements but let's face it everybody needs sleep. In fact, sleep is one of the most important things for your skin, weight, and overall well being.  Lately sleep has been quite elusive to me. It seems everything is starting to keep me up at night. I take most of the days stress to bed.  I needed something so I decided to give ZZZQuil a try.

It's not habit forming and it specifically formulated for sleep. I like that it doesn't make me sleepy but rather I can close my eyes and fall asleep when I'm ready. I get a great night of solid sleep without waking up groggy in the morning.  I have tried other sleep aids including prescription and most of them make me feel like I cannot wake up. But no matter what time I've taken ZZZQuil I wake up refreshed. But i will confess I still need my first cup of coffee to function.  But I don't get sleepy during the day.

I like that can take this whenever I need the help falling asleep. My body doesn't NEED it to sleep even if I use a few days in a row.  I was a long time user of ZZZQuil liquid when I was given the capsules to try from Influenster. I really have no preference the capsules are very easy to swallow. Since they are gel caps they go down easy with a glass of water.

Overall I would highly recommend this if you are having a hard time sleeping at night. I was using it before I received a free sample from Influenster and will continue to use it on those sleepless nights.

My Thoughts:

This is the second fantastic product that we have received from this wholesome family operated company. Shortly after receiving this grown and learn garden kit our grandchildren came to stay with us for the weekend. After opening the box and showing its contents to them, it was all over. Seeing the two jars one for her and one for him they became enamored with the little individual indoor gardening project. After deciding on two of the four packs of seeds that were included we got started decorating their jars. One choose chives and the other chose cilantro leaving the dill and basil for next time. Everything we needed was included in this kit all we had to add was water and lots of love. The twins took their jars home and have proudly displayed them on the window sill above their Mom's kitchen sink. They are thrilled that their plants are growing and can't wait to start enjoying using them in their food. This product is an awesome learning tool and fun activity for children of all ages. We really appreciated the enclosed colored pencils and watercolor paints - but not as much as the grandkids! We found his company's attention to detail in making the products we have had the pleasure of using remarkable and impressive.

Rock n Learn -- Let's learn to read

I am always looking for entertaining by educational games, dvds, toys you name it. If it can be fun and entertaining I'm all for it. I have a few baby DVDs but nothing for my school age children. During the summer I stress to print worksheets or make them read.
But let's face it, I'm not a teacher and I cannot MAKE them read. I catch my daughter flipping through the pages because she hates to read. She is going to third grade but the teachers feel she reads on a lower level. So when I was able to review this set I was super excited.

There are 10 DVDs all together and I started with the first but that wasn't happening with my kids. I thought it was very cute and the characters are great. It's entertaining and the music is catching. But since the first disc is basics, they fussed that they "knew everything" on the DVD and it was "boring" so I moved along to the third. The third kept them very engaged. I could hear them trying to answer the quiz questions and participating with the characters.

Each DVD is roughly an hour so it is not stretching the attentions span. I can't wait for my one year old to start benefiting from this set. She will have the foundation needed to become an amazing reader before she goes to school. As far my other children, they can go back to school stronger readers and hopefully have the boosted confidence needed to excel in their grade.
