Pure Spoons Purees ~~ Giveaway

I have never heard of PureSpoon Baby Food until I was lucky enough to work with them for a review. So what is PureSpoon?  They are the makers of the first ever, cool temperature, high-pressure pasteurized, organic baby food and purees

Pure Spoons comes in NINE Flavors:

  1. Spinach, Pear, & Banana
  2.  Sweet Potato & Apples
  3. Creamy Avocado & Pears
  4. Carrots & Zucchini
  5.  Blueberry, Banana & Apples
  6.  Simply Carrots
  7.  Apples & Broccoli
  8.  Butternut Squash,Apples & Oats
  9. Creamy Avocado & Apples
Honestly the flavors stuck me a little odd and I was a little nervous but my daughter gobbled them up. She loved the Blueberry, Banana, and Apples.  Not surprising the food was a great thick consistency. She had no problems eating the food or swallowing.( I should mention she is 8 months old) We tried smashed bananas but she wasn't quiet ready for them. So these are pureed to the perfect consistency.    She was not too fond of the Avocado and apples and I must say I wouldn't' try it. I'm not a afan of avocados so she gets it from her mamma.

The container had a lot in it so my daughter was satisfied with one. They look like the purees I would make myself. So Pure Spoon gives my baby the all natural food I want without all the hard work. Most busy moms don't have time to puree each meal as much as they would like to.

But Pure Spoon is not only for babies. They are great for anybody who doesn't want to their eat vegetables. The combinations make for a sweeter taste and sometimes the actual veggie taste is slightly disguised.  I love hiding veggies in my children's food.

Each flavor comes in a

A word from Pure Spoon: "we are dedicated to the development of delicious, healthy organic baby food and purees made with innovative cool-temperature, high-pressure pasteurization, delivering more flavor and nutritional value than traditional heat-pasteurization. Pure Spoon was founded by a working mother, Alyson Eberle, who was disappointed by the baby food she found at the grocery store when looking to feed her six-month-old baby. Alyson’s research revealed most baby food is made from premade, processed bases and cooked in individual ready-to-eat containers, including plastic bags and pouches. Wanting to give her daughter healthy, fresh baby food she made her own homemade baby food from raw, fresh organic produce. Soon, she had requests from friends and family for her baby food and recipes. That is how Pure Spoon was created –– we call it a “Pure Approach” ™. Based on Alyson’s original “Pure Approach” ™ Pure Spoon’s baby food and purees are made from 100% raw, certified organic produce. www.PureSpoon.com"

  1. My kids are way too old for baby food, so I'll pass on the contest, but if you'd like to add this to the linky on my sidebar of my blog at http://fairemiscellany.com you would certainly be welcome.
