I normally don't have a huge posture problem but as I get younger... okay ugh older I want to make sure it stays that way. So when I saw the Faburo Adjustable Posture Back Brace I was very curious to see what it was about.
Even though I looked at pictures, when I got it in it was nothing like I expected. I thought it would be a huge brace that was so hard and stiff it made it difficult to move. But in reality it's a belt that is not extremely wide with a harness and straps. So then I thought ewe I don't know about those straps it looks uncomfortable.
But I put it on it was not uncomfortable or restricting in any way. It's very easy to adjust the straps and tightness of the belt so you have the perfect fit. It does not restrict movement in anyway it just stops the shoulders from slouching. Which my son and husband need a lot more than I do.
The material is very soft and feels good on my skin. it's not hot and it didn't make me sweat when I wore it. But I like that it is washable because after a few uses it will be soiled, even if it's not visible. There are little hard black "stones" in the pouches that go down the spine. I assume they have something to do with pressure points but they are not uncomfortable I really don't feel them at all.
The brace is so comfortable I can see wearing it while working in the yard or at the gym. Any where to improve my back health and posture.
My son was too small for it because it is obviously an adult size. My husband did not want to wear it because he said he wore one all the time as a child. We will keep this because it's a good "reminder" when I start to slouch a little. Or you never know my husband my decide to wear it.
