Febreze Car Clips review and $25 WalMart gift card giveaway

With 5 children and loads of animals I'm sure I'm nose blind to a lot of smells in my house. That spills over into my car as well. How do you think the germy little things get from one place to another? Not to mention I have on cat that always leaves a big stinky present in his kennel on the way to the vet. I'm sure those smells linger. And let's not forget the food that is always riding in the passenger seat.  A trip to the pizza place had my car smelling like rotten feet for days.

For the reason listed (and many more) above I  have always liked to keep some type of air freshener in my car but the problem with that is my allergies get really bad from some. Some of them are very overpowering at first but lose their scent quite fast. I was very happy to try Febreze Car clips because I love Febreze products and car clips are awesome.
Why are car clips awesome? Because they clip onto your air vent so that means no need to hang something from your mirror. That also means no need to put things under your car seat and risk it melting. Yes I have  that happen before talk about a HUGE mess.

So when I got my Febreze kit in I was so excited to see all of the scents Midnight Storm, Island Fresh, and Midnight Storm. The one I grabbed first was the Gain Island Fresh. It just looked so bright and cheery plus Island Desert reminds me of summer which I truly hope is fast approaching.

I cleaned the inside of my car from top to bottom and then I grabbed the clip. It was super easy to activate and clip on then I closed up the car and left. The next day my husband called me to say he told the kids they better not touch anything. He said I also told them the better not put their feet on anything because the car was so clean and SMELLED so good. I told him that was the Febreze clip.

That evening I got in the car to go to the gym and he was right it really did smell so good. It was nothing strong but just a hint of this amazing smell. It's a little flowery but just enough for it to smell fresh and clean.

I can see why it will last for up to 30 days because you can smell that it is a slow release air freshener. It's a liquid but the best part is the liquid has 0 chance of dripping out. Febreze Carclips come in a lot of other fragrances and I've already picked out my next one, Hawaiian Aloha. So check out the scents and tell me which one you want to try

  5. the kids leave food and food wrappers in the car that does not help with the smell in the car but one of the worst smells was when we accidentally left a dirty diaper in the car and it got pushed under the seat.

  6. It was a hot day outside and I took my dog and my brother's two dogs to the park, and my car windows malfunctioned and I could not open a window, and the car got really smelly because the dogs were panting. Even though I had the air conditioner on, the dogs felt very uncomfortable-at least I only had to drive 1 and a half miles!

  9. After we go to the park, the dogs don't smell that good even though it was fun. They love to run around and roll. They never come back home the same way they smelled before.

  10. My dog loves to ride in the car so sometimes I take him along for errands. Once I left him in for just a few minutes and he had a number 2 accident in there. I didn't think I'd be able to drive home even with all the windows down!

  11. The last unpleasant child smell was a bottle that had rolled under the seat.

  15. Those forgotten and spilled yogurt and milk mess kids made in the car were the worst.

  16. I babysit sometimes for the little grandson and he has juice and other liquids in my car. So sometimes he spills it and some has a bad smell to it.

  21. Pretty much the same as the previous commenter, I had a Jack Russel who used to make a bee-line for anything dead or anything brown, slimy and stinky AKA poop lol. He would always roll in it. Yech.

  28. I have one pet that get sick everytime I take him to the vet. I would like for him to get use to riding but everytime I put him in the car he gets sick

  29. It's not my pets or my children that leave the wretched smells in my car. My husband is guilty of that one. He works in a machine shop and he always smells so badly of grease and oil and then he gets in the car and it just stays in there. I use Febreeze vent clips and spray just to make it bearable.
