Love Cooking Company Fill N Flip Pan - Giveaway

I love to bake and I'm always exited to try something new and innovative. I would love to have my creations look professional but I have never master that.. yet. This pan was so intriguing to me because I would never have made a filled cake at my house but now I can try it and probably succeed.  I love doing reviews for the Love Cooking Company because their products are all about baking and making it easy to come up with different creations.

The Fill N Flip is really unique because you just bake the cake as normal and it is already scooped in the middle to allow for the filling.   I thought this would be so nice for my children's birthday but I will have to research how make filing. My first thought was a pineapple "upside down" cake since I don't eat a filled cake. But lets face it I don't eat pineapple upside down cake either. But my family will eat any type of cake and my husband loves pineapple upside down.

I was so anxious to use these pans when they came in my first day off I jumped in the kitchen. It just so happened my children were ALL sick with sinus issues and were home with me. So I gathered all of the things I needed to make a cake and we were ready to go.

We measured and mixed and poured the batter in the pans. Baked them and when them came out I was so excited and happy the first one pop out with NO problems.

Well from the picture you can see maybe I lied there were a few problems because the top stuck. But hey everything else looked beautiful. So I flipped the other one over and half popped out the rest was UGH was still raw in one section. Since it feel apart so i could not put it back in the pan to continue cooking.

So being me I threw the wasted part away and started again. My kids were super excited and I was having fun with them. No more chocolate cake batter but I'm a sucker for food coloring. My youngest suggested a purple, green, and gold cake. I figured why not Mardi Gras is almost here that should be fun.  So we measured, mixed, dyed, and baked.

Open the oven and it's beautiful. Yay!!!

Go to flip it over.. Oh crap I forgot to grease the pan. Wait maybe that won't matter I tried to shimmy it out. But no go it crumbled and fell apart. So I'm very sorry to say we have no fished product to show ya'll. But we had lots of fun trying and everyone ate the pieces of cake for a treat after supper.

Please don't let my lack of professional baking skills make you think this pan is not amazing. I really is. I will get it right eventually but I didn't want to hold up this giveaway.

  20. I love to bake just about anything. I have tried my hand at many things and sadly I have to admit that they do not always turn out as well as I would like. My cookies are always fantastic but when it comes to cakes, I have a bit of trouble with it comes to making them look good. My cakes taste good, but a lot the time they will fall in the middle or stick to the sides of pan. After reading the review on the Fill N Flip baking pan I would love to throw my hat back into the ring and become a master cake baker, that is if I had a new pan to work with!
