Your Expert Guide to Home Organization - Edited by Rhiana Jones

As a working mother of five children it is very important for me to stay organized. But I have to tell you, it's not always easy. We have a four bedroom home but one of those rooms is dedicated to my office so that means my children all share rooms. Our closets are not extremely big and I have this bad habit of buying the children clothes even if the don't "need" them. Truthfully, we would have to be millionaires to afford the size house we need/want so until the lottery pays off, we have to make due with what we have.

Each chapter is a different area with advice from the expert in that area. There is advice on everything from what memorabilia to keep and what you can throw, to making laundry easier. I'll admit there are days that I want to just toss the clothes and dishes in the garbage instead of washing them. I even suggested to my husband that we just replace them when we ran out. Of course, that is not an option but there is a chapter for laundry. There was nothing on dishes so I will have to come up with that one on my own.

The chapters are extremely in dept and very easy to understand terms so there is no guess work on your part.  None of the tips were very easy to do and I read nothing unreasonable like in some books I have seen. They even have a section with tips for the holiday and we all know how stressful those can be. It is a very lengthy book and is not filled with lots of pictures.

I will be using this book quite often to elevate some clutter in my home.  Right now this book can be purchased on Amazon for less than a dollar, I may be the best dollar you ever spend.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

  3. I need this! Our house has closets in the bedrooms, but that's it. So with no coat closets & linen cupboard/closet, it gets a bit tricky of where to keep things sometimes.
