Liquid Chalkers

I love when I see car windows with "happy birthday" or "congrats the Tigers won"  I think it's great way parents can show they are proud of their children. I also love when I get my children's hair cut and they have my the beautician's name written on the mirror. Then I don't have to test my memory every time I want to talk to her or I have to tell my children sit still for ___. I also think it's really cute when they have happy birthday or happy anniversary.  The liquid chalkers are a great way to decorate your windows without ruining. I have never used liquid chalk markers before I tested these from Paper and Twine.

These are not your typical markers so make sure you read the instructions that are provided with them. The one thing I had lots of trouble with was getting the color to come out. You have to press hard and for a pretty long time before it starts flowing like a marker but after that, the fun begins.

They are prefect for mirrors, chalkboards windshields, whiteboards, glass, windows, art projects, ceramics, and more  As you can see the possibilities are endless so with that many surfaces you can write on, your imagination is the only limitation.

I love scrap booking and being craft so every season we try to do something crafty with the children. For Christmas we have made stockings and Santa puppets.  Of course for Halloween we do the traditional carving or painting a pumpkin. So the kids are used to us pulling out arts and craft supplies. I have to be honest I was a very afraid to let them play with these because they are still young, so I didn't.

After I tested them on a small part of my mirror I was amazed at how easily it wiped off.  So I decided to decorate my vanity mirror, just a warning I am not a artist in any way so please take it easy on me. My husband however loves to draw and he jumped in right away. We has so much fun drawing on my vanity mirror.

It is very hard to take a picture of a mirror without getting your reflection and please excuse the junk!!

I can't wait to see what other project we can think up. Maybe we can by some white mugs and draw a special message for each of them! That could be our next family project. We have decided that we will write happy birthday to each of children on the bathroom mirror when those days come.  I also think it would be great to write good morning on a few occasions. Do you have project ideas? Leave me a comment and let me know. If you are interested in joining the fun you can purchase a pack of your own on Amazon.
I received this pack of Liquid Chalkers complimentary in exchange for an honest uncompensated review but as usual the opinion expressed is all mine.

  1. I'm surprised actually that it took someone this long to come out with a product like this--great for leaving messages that can be cleaned quickly!!
