Fast easy recipe

I'm always looking for something quick and easy to fix for supper or breakfast. I discovered this recipe that is good for either.  To make things better its super fast and easy, you probably have the ingredients in your refrigerator already.

There are very few ingredients: a can of biscuits - I use Pillsbury butter tasting, eggs, Non-stick spray, breakfast sausage - I use Jimmy Dean mild, and cheese is optional - I use slices. The only tools you will need is a muffin pan, a bowl, and a spoon.

Scramble the amount of eggs you feel is enough. I have a large family so I use more then most people, and season to taste, cut up the breakfast sausage into pieces; Take your biscuits and slice them in half and put the piece in a muffin slot,  pour the scrambled eggs until they are almost to the top of the pan; toss the sausage pieces in,  and throw pieces of cheese in. Bake in the oven on 350 until cooked.

Prep to serving time is around 25 minutes and you can walk away after they are in the oven. My children loved them, I'm a very picky eater and I enjoyed them. It's like a sausage biscuit. Next time I will try bacon instead of sausage. I tried them with hashbrowns and they soaked up the eggs so they weren't that great.

Disclaimer -- I am in no way claiming this is an original idea, just a delicious one.   Oh and I'm a very messy cook.
