I am terrible about not drinking enough water it was so bad at one time if I took and antihistamine my nose would bleed. I read that drinking water before, during, and after your meal it will help you lose weight. So you know I started drinking water IMMEDIATELY. I drank plan old water for a few weeks and lost 3 lbs. The problem is I water is boring to me. So I started drinking KoolAid packs which taste great but they do have 30 calories, 7 grams of carbs, and 7 grams of sugar per HALF a pack so that is a lot of sugar and calories that I was drinking per day. I never thought about trying anything different but I did notice my urge to snack came back full force.
The other day I shopping and they did not have my KoolAid packs so I picked up a Dasani Flavor Enhancer Drop in pink lemonade. I saw other Influensters were testing it so I figured I would give it a dry. It taste great I have tried other pink lemonade and they were so sour. This one is not, this one has a great flavor. I don't know how they pack so much flavor in two little squirts. The best part is they have 0 calories, 0 fat, and 0 sugars. Now I can drink all the pink lemonade I want and not have the calories or sugars to worry about. There is also no aspartame listed as an ingredient. The only thing is Dasani is priced at $3.99 for 32 servings and KoolAid is $2.59 for 24 servings. So the price point is a little high but can you put a price on less calories?
