No time to DYE?? Cover those grays anyway

I was so happy to work with Cover your Gray and I'm excited to share some of their awesome products with you.  Most of the time I don't think to cover my roots until I'm going somewhere.  Then it's way too late to dye it so that's why root cover ups are a perfect solution With all the amazing different products they offer I had a hard time choosing what I wanted to review.

They have waterproof and non waterproof coverups. A lot of different ways to apply the gray cover up so it you can choose the type of cover up applicator you like best.  The thing I liked the most is they are all quick and easy to apply. so I knew no matter which one I chose I would get quick results. Which is a HUGE plus for me.

I was positive I wanted to experience waterproof and non water proof. It is always rainy around here so waterproof just makes sense. Then i was sure I wanted to try the different applications.. If you're not sure what I mean By that, some have mascara wands, some are sticks of color, some are powder.  So there is a few to choose from. I have to say the one I was most skeptical about turned out to be one of my favorites.

The first one I is water proof one application can last up to three washings. so I was pretty excited about that. It is a fat mascara type tube with a lip gloss type applicator  This one is very easy to use but application is finicky.  If I grab to much there is globs that I have to work to smooth it out. But over all it provides great coverage. Now have to say I don't' think it lasted three washes but I wash my hair constantly.

The next is the tube application. It is a lot like a tube of lipstick with the same consistency and the same application principle   I have to say this one was one of my least favorite but it did cover very well. It was just a little harder to get the wispy hair with this one. It's better for hair that lays flat.

My favorite has two applicators so it's great for the wispy hairs and the roots that are laying flat. This one is easy to use and provides amazing coverage. The mascara wand is perfect to run through those little fly aways and the lipgloss applicator is great for the roots. There is just enough cover up on the applicator for a few passed through my hair.

Then i decided to try the Fill-in Powder because my husband has thinning hair and he is self conscious about it . But this isn't only great for thinning hair, it covers roots with ease! The brush is a very nice quality and very easy to use.

There is no powder left behind so no one would ever know even after I first use it.  The brush is pretty flat so I was able to work the color in my hair and along my scalp with no problems.

All of them matched my hair beautifully and blended until they were unnoticeable. There were no residue left behind by any of the application types. Overall they were all very easy to use and I would recommend deciding which type is best for your lifestyle and type of hair.

I received these products complimentary in exchange for my honest opinion but the opinion expressed is all my own.
