I was really happy to try this bundle because I snore really bad. I have horrible allergies so that makes it worse. My poor husband wakes me up so he can get some sleep but sometimes that doesn't even work.
These nose plugs/nose stoppers come in four different sizes so they will fit just about any nostrils. They are slightly squishy so they insert easy with no discomfort. They stay in my nose with ease but they take some getting used to. It's not something I loved to have in my nose but they don't hurt.
I love the "handle" type attachment that makes them easy to remove. I can say these stay in place and don't' fall out while I sleep which is a good thing. I have lost 4 pairs already. The handy storage case is also great because I don't have to put them in a drawer and lose them. Plus they will stay more sanitary this way.
The jaw strap is very nicely made and it's a soft material. But it's not comfortable to wear. I'm sorry to say this was the most uncomfortable thing to wear. It hurt my head, jaw, and ears because if I didn't put it tight, it would fall off.
It's not hard to put on it's just like a headband. I can't vouch for the effectiveness of the jaw strap but the nose plugs do work. They have stopped me from snoring and my husband was very happy!
