I've learned that JumpStart 180 was specifically designed with the older adult in mind. It is low impact, which means there is no jumping or anything that could put stress on your joints.
ReplyDeleteI learned that it is low impact and great for people 50 and older. I just turned 60 and I would really like to try this.
