Bedtime bliss sleep mask

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I live directly across from our local fair grounds. Luckily for me the fair is only once a year but that is still 4 LONG sleepless nights. Ironically the music is not so bad around the house bur it sounds like the band is playing in my bed room. One year I could have sworn a death metal band was playing. And this all goes on until one am on the weekends and eleven PM on Thursday. I work at 6:30 am so that makes for a rough morning.  I never think about ear plugs until it's time for bed and I hear the thumping. By then it's too late and cotton only helps so much.

When I saw the Bedtime Bliss Sleep  mask came with ear plugs I knew I had to try it. Lucky for me I was chosen to review it for y'all. I love sleeping with a mask it drowns out all of the light because no matter how hard I try my room is never dark enough. Like I said the fair only comes once a  year and it recently passed so this came in too late to help with that.

BUT being a rehabber and mother I'm learning there will always be times when I need to drown out noise. So one night one of the animals refused to cooperate and would not stop making noise. When an animal refuses to cooperate there is not much that can be done so you have to improvise. Happy to have them I grabbed my sleep mask and ear plugs.

I pulled the ear plugs out of the cute little draw string, cotton carrying case. They are super soft and insert with little effort. All I did was twirl them  around some and inserted them into my ear canal. They said snug all night and did not prevent me from laying down. I slept like a bear because there was no noise to interrupt my sleep.  I keep the ear plugs in my nightstand for the next time I will need them, I'm sure that won't be too long from now.

The mask is very nice soft material with cup like slots for the eyes. The strap is elastic but adjustable which is great because a lot of mine are elastic backs that just slip on. This one wears comfortably and the cups make it so your eyelashes do not rub up against the mask. If you have ever had that happen, you know it's quite annoying. Although they are cup like, they completely block out light.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

  1. I recently started sleeping with a mask. It actually makes a huge difference in the quality of sleep I get. It really helps when the light can not creep in to wake you up.Thanks for the review.
