Energems

I always hear the commercials talking about the "fixes" for an afternoon pick me up and wonder if they work. Truthfully there are days that I need a pick me up by 10:00 am, sad but true. Some days I'm worn out before then. I hate energy drinks because they taste horrible, face it even the "shot" takes more than one sip to finish. I could drink coffee but I like a little coffee with my sugar and cream so that's lots of extra calories. People have lots of suggestions but nothing really works like sleep.  But who has time to nap in the evenings? I wish I did.

When I was selected to try Energems I wasn't sure what to expect .They are chocolate "candies" with caffeine and Vitamin - B for a pick me up.  As you can see they are loaded with Vitamin B and Folic Acid but not loaded with calories.

They come in three flavors Peanut Butter/chocolate, Mint/chocolate, and chocolate so they all sound appealing. Wouldn't it be great to eat a few pieces of candy and get energy? That would mean less guilt than a cup of coffee which is exciting!

I love the idea that they come is small portable box which can easily fit in your purse or diaper bag.  Each box contains nine Energems.

I didn't have to wait long before I needed a pick me up and the first flavor I tried was chocolate mint and it was delicious. I was not expecting it to taste so good. I started with one a few minutes later I tried a chocolate one which was tasty but not as good as the mint.  Sad to say I felt nothing different but I didn't eat the recommended amount which is three.

At around 3:00 pm this afternoon all I wanted to do was lay down and take a nap. With two hours left to work, that was not a possibility. So I figured it was  perfect time to try Energems again.  This time I ate three like is recommended which is not hard because they really do taste good. I waited and waited but I never felt a extreme surge of energy like I expected. But I did feel much less tired I felt like I could make through the rest of my day without falling asleep so I know they were working. Amazing how one candy can make a differnce. I also experienced no heart racing or funny feelings like I have with "energy" remedies in the past. In fact I experienced no noticeable side effects. Over all I am impressed and would use Energems again.

Energems sell for around $2.99 and you can purchase them at Dollar General,  7-Eleven Stores, select Circle K stores, and Energem.com Click here for a printable $1.00 off coupon or use code NRGTOMO through 12/15/13 for 20% off of your on-line purchase.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
